Very popular shopping location if you want to buy bulk items and super large packages. Prices are the best for these items, store is well laid out warehouse style and staff are always friendly and helpful. Also includes a completely stocked Pharmacy and Tire and automotinve centre with very competitive pricing. I always enjoy shopping here. Only one missing service is a Costco Gas bar.

Only costco in surroundings.. Yesterday took two leather sofa set of 3 seater. Leg of a sofa is not getting in called the help desk number they are saying they will send the part let's see . Your typical Costco store designed to collect as much of your money as possible. Fairly new facility, always busy. Great spot if you need to buy items in very large quantities. I've priced out 2 sets of tires on separate occasions recently and was disappointed when I found out that neither set where in stock. They recommended ordering them online and having them shipped to the store. 7-10 day delivery? Not so great when you need tires asap. Price wise I found the exact same sets elsewhere in stock for the same amount of money.

Great prices, Love the oversized parking spaces, multiple cart corralls so you don't have to walk too far. The only issues I have are that only the primary on the account can make changes instead of both partners having equal privileges and how hard it is to make them downgrade your account to a basic.

I bought so on fish from Costco business center recently. The quality was so bad that even though we cooked it same day we couldn’t get rid of the bad stomach feeling for days. I still have the bad smell in my dishwasher. This doesn’t comply with Costco quality. I am sorry to give this one star.

This place can get a bit on the crazy side with the amount of ppl inside. We had a pretty quick easy trip in to renew out membership which was a smooth process! Thanks to the staff! very "DISAPPOINTED". I have membership since 3 years and never ever had a bad experience like today. I had a appointment for oil change in my car at 3 PM. I had to wait in line to get because of Corona virus protocols. I went to tire section at 03:07 PM and the guy at desk said they can't take my car today for oil change. I mean I was there on time but I had to wait in line. Wasn't my fault. They don't care about their customers.

I went to pick up a prescription and I was dealing with a very nice young man no complaints about him. Then this older woman brought out my prescription and called me over. She was very rude when I inquired about the quantity of the prescription. Also the initial time frame they give you to fill the prescription is always wrong. They always take longer then expected. My first visit to Costco, in the form of a guest. The member that invited me spent a little while at customer service while they attempted to upsell them to the executive membership. After that was over we wandered aimlessly through the vast warehouse.... the prices were reasonable and there were certainly some things available here that I hadn't seen anywhere else. The store was packed, and quite a few shoppers were ignorant of the world around them, blocking aisles, cutting in front of others in their pursuit of the deal. Can't blame the store for the people that shop in it! I will say whoever it was that was staffing the checkout area was ringing things up, and the person packing was doing so brilliantly. So kudos to them! I'll be back one day to see if my experiences are indicative of the Costco experience or due to covid/Christmas.

It's a bulk food warehouse. The problem is with the staff. They are in such a panic mode because of the Covid 19 that they have forgotten their manners, patience and care for the customers. I find the kids toys and books priced much lower here than other stores. Same with the clothing. My only complaint is that their pant leg length stops at 34, I need a 36 as I am very tall, so I can't get pants here, but I have the same problem at pretty much every store in Saint John.

I called into the Costco in Saint John about child sleepers at about 9am this morning. I first spoke to a girl in administration and she was not much help at all. I phone back hoping to get someone else and I lucked out. I think his name is Mike. He immediately volunteered to go out onto the floor and look. He called me back in about 10 minutes and found what I was looking for. The girl I first talked to said they didn't have any?? The first thing I have to say is WOW. Your technician group in the automotive section is so disrespectful and so rude. Just because someone is not listening to what they're saying right then in there, doesn't mean that no one's going to find out what they said and how they said it. I may not be the customer that had this horrible awful heinous experience but I am sure one to speak my mind when it comes to situations in the customer service industry. I worked in customer service for several years and know how to treat a customer face to face and behind their back. And from what I found out from said customer, and its just so disgusting and you guys should literally get a whole new group of technicians, if your employees do not know how to speak right to the customer or away from them. I know key factors and key points that were said during the altercation inside and beside the vehicle as it was supposed to be getting fixed. If you think I'm lying contact me and I'll give you a full statement of what I found out. And I will show you that what I'm saying is the truth and nothing but. There will be a letter going to corporate within the next 24 hours, either via email or by mail. By the way most likely via email.

This experience today was somewhat frustrating as we were told by a cashier that she didn't believe that we were EXECUTIVE MEMBERS and at first said that even if we showed her our Executive Cards they could be erxpired as we needed the executive coupons sent to us. Costco doesn't rock my world the way it does for some. Always have a sore thought about "paying" for a membership to "purchase" items. This store is well kept. I've had good customer experiences with returns, etc. *Update* -Recently, during Covid, I attempted entry wearing a $30 Buff brand face covering and was stopped, rather rudely, and told I cannot enter as this covering is not "medically approved". The disgruntled staffer then handed me a blue cheap, paper face mask which was comical as the face covering I was wearing is significantly better and offers superior protection. Then inside, interesting to see staff wearing masks with noses exposed. I have never been refused entry by any retailer in the area for this reason.

Since Covid-19 has hit us all hard your store is making and extra profit off the people who shop there. I used to buy Lysol Wipes for 10.00 and now it up to 21.00, outrageous. And because I am a senior and with health reason, I have to have my niece do my shopping. She works, so she can't get to the store until 6 or7p.m. and by then she can't find half the things I need; ex. since Nov. she hasn't found my hot dogs, wafers, chips, chicken wings, egg rolls. Not very pleased with tire center. Went in to have tires changed. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, I was told two of my tires weren't good and other two didn't match. Therefore they couldn't put them on. Went there just to see what it looks like. Pretty amazed at what they sell. A lot of things that are useful for restaurateur. I still manage to buy a few things that I never saw at other Costcos (black sesame seeds, specific brand cup noodles, etc). Also, there's barely anyone in it, so the checkout is quick!

This place is organized ok , but I would sincerely request management to look into shoppers follow some rule while going from one Aisle to other..people are all over the place .Please give more time for seniors to shop and please open a lane at cashier just for seniors they dont have to wait in queue .. please respect them ..

The items at this location are nice. Did have an awful experience with the check out and bagging ladies. Honestly threw bought items into the cart and said next time we aren't allowed to keep the heavy items in the cart we must put them on the conveyor belt.
