Do not buy from Nova Fort McMurray they are charging $6 - $10 more per product premium compared to AGLC website direct to door. By buying it directly from Alberta Cannabis website even if you buy just one product from $30+ you will still save $1 and every other product added to the delivery saves $6+ per. These Northern stores are gouging you it costs them less then a half a buck per product to ship north in bulk

Wouldnt take a photo of my I.D that was on my phone. Even though it works for cigarettes and liquor went to Timberlea weed store with 0 problems. Value buds might have cheap weed but the customer service is lackluster at best

ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My hubby paid for his order and the guy asked if he wanted rolling papers. He didn't even hear him ask, so as he's walking away with his bag of items. He then stops him and rips it out of his hands and said "not today bud". He then proceeded to refund him after his little power trip and said he can shop there another day. I will never shop here again, i cant believe someone can even do that. He was middle aged blonde hair with glasses.

This goes out to anyone thinking of buying from this store. First of all their weed is poorly grown/trimmed/cured the only things good are their oils but even then I’ve had better. If you want to get some good product then go to plant life in stone creek

Hands down, voice of experience talkin, this is the best dispensary in town. Best prices, best selection, and most chill people. You know how pretty much every other dispensary you walk into, they're acting all big and official like they're a cross between a telephone customer service rep and a used car salesman? The staff at Nova aren't that. They're just super chill friendly people. No weird vibes at Nova????
