They should really start using different spoons for each of the veg, meat etc instead of using one spoon to scoop all the condiments. The owner is super friendly. The staffs are nice

Food was okay. Service unfriendly, but prompt. Takoyaki appetizer was good according to my friends, and all of our Ramen were okay tasting but nothing overly special. They are still new, so maybe working things out.

I just bought my Spicy ramen and Steamed pork buns in the store to-go, and I came home to a very big disappointment. Some of the buns "dough" part was missing (looked like someone ripped and ate it!!) and the noodle.... ooouu not good at all! I'm an asian...... what a major disappointment! Sorry but you could do better.

Used to be our favorite place to eat, but the quality has gone way down recently. We order the same thing every time and lately every time it is packaged differently, cooked differently or tastes not great. Quite disappointing really

Best asian noodle house! A lot of variety to choose from. I've tried their spicy ramen noodles with soft boiled egg amd grilled chicken, loved it!

Got the peanut butter ramen & spring rolls for delivery. The spring rolls were crispy and flavourful. The peanut butter broth for the ramen had potential to be delicious but fell a little short. I was disappointed that although I requested cutlery they did not provide any and i was staying at a hotel.

I had a standard miso noodle bowl. Pretty tasty and I found the service to be prompt and reasonable. I do not expect service to be over the top friendly. Price was reasonable, could be lower if property owners dropped rent a little in this town.

Don't know what they other poster is talking about but this is a darn good place with really good noodles. Their vermicelli is fantastic. Have gone there a few times now in the last few weeks and it's gotten even better every time I go.

Ordered take out. Noodles were in a big lump and not very fresh. Chicken was cold and more processed than McDonald's chicken. Very little veggies and were raw. Only thing some what editable was the broth. Payed 50$ for 2 bowls and 2 spring rolls and only ate half of mine wife threw hers out. Not recommended.

Sub par ramen. To watery. Not 1 star because it's the only place in town. I've had 100s of bowls and this one was the second worst. The best part was the presentation.

Decent bowl of noodles. I've had a lot of ramen all over and yeah you're gonna find better ramen elsewhere, but you're also gonna find everything better elsewhere, that's the nature of fort mcmurray. That being said, it is a legit bowl of noodles. Check it out, decide for yourself.

Oilsands Ramen and a bubble tea is always the way to go here. Its almost like an addiction it is so good! The staff are always so friendly as well :) really enjoyed my experiences here.

Came in excited to try some ramen with no prior experience. The lack of pictures to go with the menu options left us searching for what would go well together. The lady working there was very impatient right from the start and very impolite. Decided I wouldn't support the poor service, cancelled my order half way through and left. No ramen for me!

I was excited when I moved back here and saw these guys did pho. I am a bit of a pho enthusiasts and have had at hundreds of different places. Honestly I rank this literally at the bottom. The broth was blah and usually you spice that up with some chilli sauce and hoisin but oh wait these guys charge extra for that? Hahahaha. I’ve never seen that before. Oh and it would have been nice to know before my soup was already delivered to me. What a shame your charged extra for really what is part of the soup at any other place in the world besides here. Anyways would never go back and maybe that’s a shame because some other stuff may be decent but first impression baby…………terrible

Sweet corn and cucumber don’t make sense but it is ok. Ramen noodle needs to be changed to a REAL RAMEN noodle. My second time here today, was better than the last time. I had an oilsand ramen. Try with extra green onion.

Very clean restaurant. Came here with a child, didnt ask for a bowl and the guy came with a little kiddie bowl. Very accomodating even with no tip option. Ramen is great as well. Highly recommended .

Stay away from this place my girlfriend went in to order us a couple bubble tea they told her they had to many orders and didn't serve her terrible service would never return.
