Fountain drinks always watered down. Cooler not working for bottled drinks so they are always warm. very cheaply ran restaurant

This is my first visit to this place. No other customer was there. Only one staff was there. She was very friendly and served with care. Variety of subs and wraps are available. We ordered lobster sub and turkey sub. Lobster sub was very juice and delicious. Bread was very fresh. Love it. We were very happy with the food and service. Price is reasonable and I feel it was cheap. Store is medium size. Very neat and clean. Washroom is well maintained. Lots of chairs and tables for eating. There are other stores and facilities including banks in walking distance. Lots of parking spots including para parking. Highly recommend others to try this place.

I used to like Quiznos but I have not been for a couple of years. My sandwich was very bland and a little dry. Quiznos used to have pickles and sauces on a small table that you could add to your food to spice it up but they do not offer this any more. I am not sure if I'll go back.

I have lived in many places and been to many Quiznos and let me tell you this location is probably the best. Run by a great local couple (I do believe though that they sold it recently). Food is fresh, service is fast and friendly!

Good place for lunch or a fast meal or even dinner, staff was friendly and helpful. Washroom was ok and the store was clean. Had lunch here a couple times, the food was very good and the sub was made with fresh vegetables. Lots of options to have on the sub, the price was not to bad too.

Went in here without a mask as I am exempt and no one said anything. I will return based on that alone. The food was good, much better than Subway. I got 2 subs and a salad. Reasonably priced and we had a coupon. My salad was delicious. The subs were for 2 others who also said they were good.

Walked in with my family of 6 on Aug 11 2020 to see a man making a sub for a lady he was not warning a mask the lady (customer) was. We clearly all were wearing them & he could see we were bothered by the fact he was not wearing a mask. He made no attempt to put one on. Yuck that's not acceptable in a pandemic change your policies or audit your staff. We lost our appetite and walked out.

My family and I enjoy eating at this restaurant. It’s almost always our first choice when we’re in Red Deer and need a bite to eat. The owner is always friendly and remembers me every time I stop in. The food is always tasty and the tables and washrooms always appear to be clean. I recommend this Quiznos location.

All our food was good. Only one employee but I assume that is a massive part of why this store is still alive vs why most of the stores all around have gone out of business. It needs updated but covid19 I'm sure has not allowed it. We are not local but we're happy overall. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because our food was a bit cold and their needs to be a good scrub and paint job done. I sat down into a spider web. I use to be very afraid of spiders (I'm actively working on not being afraid) so for the wrong person this could have really scared then. I accidently destroyed the rest of it while sitting. I hope I haven't brought a spider with me in the car. ????????????????

I like the subs from time to time, though you see that delivery sign? Yeah. They should take that down as I've tried to order a few times and get it delivered. Though everytime I ask it's a new reason why they can't. Latest being they needed to decorate instead. Take the sign down, it's called false advertising.

It seems nothing has changed in 2 yrs at either location. I've been to both recently. Staff are still miserable. I went to the downtown location Friday and the woman built my sandwich like she didn't give a crap just slapping things on. I ended up throwing it out cuz it fell apart. I'd say I am never going back, but they are mostly closed at 7 or 8pm anyhow. Which is generally when I don't feel like cooking and want to grab something on the go. If they are slow; I can see why.

They seriously charge an extra .50 cents for subs that come with tomatoes already on it. Then put some shady charge called "misc item" in the POS system when you check out. Quiznos HQ had no idea they were even doing it. Get f'ed Quiznos I'll go to Subway.

Located just off Highway 2, this Quiznos is a much needed oasis for weary travellers.

Charge for double meat but don't actually put it on your sub! Extremely cheap on vegetables. Then argue with you when you request a refund as your sub is basically a rip off and you'll take your money elsewhere .Will NEVER go back to this place. Absolutely brutal owners the husband and wife team. Not worth it people go to subway! Or John's sub! Honest people there at least!

Went in and there wasn't anyone to serve me. A lady a came up eventually and took my order. I asked about the Quiznos loyalty thing and she didn't explain it to me. I guess I needed a receipt. She forgot to give me one then gave me someone elses.
