Called for delivery and was told no, please use DoorDash or SkipTheDishes. Despite being more expensive (fees, etc.), decided to try DoorDash. Showed closed on the app. Tried STD, not available on the site. Tried calling back again 4 times and let ring until the line was disconnected. No one ever did answer. Do yourself a favor and order from Jomaa's.

Pizza delivered has a line of hair, replaced it after one hour and the pizza is freakin cold. Oj’s just lost a regular costumer. First, i got charged of an item i did not order. Very disappointed

How hard is it to get regular sour cream? Not that dill stuff or whatever for donairs? Isnt donair sour cream made from regular sour cream? With a menu so vast and a grocery store neighbor... how is it that hard to get sour cream? Food is good other than the steak that taste like fish.

I love this place. The food is great. The service is great. They really know what "customer retention" means. I've ordered breakfast, lunch, big orders for work, and am always really happy with the food. I get lunch delivered all time and I swear I'm first on their drop list and they come straight to my desk. I highly recommend OJ's. You get more than you pay for and that's hard to find up here.

New decore, made the inside a bit larger. The food is usually good however my problem is with ordering breakfast as take out. It comes in a take out tray Styrofoam thing and everything is wrapped in tinfoil individually not a good experience. Recommend to go in if getting breakfast. Everything else is good.

Been going here off and on since I was a little kid. Always fast and the staff wants to make sure you are happy with your food. Great place for a quick lunch or order after a few drinks. Lots of options for everyone. If you want pizza or something deep fried, you can't go wrong... Recently I been going for the salads and I was very surprised at how well done and fresh the ingredients are. I'll try and make it here any time I'm up in Gregoire.

Never again!!!!! Ordered simple donairs with side of sauce. And then got no side. No reciept showing me I didn't pay for sides of sause! Called and got a lady all, no no no you didnt ask for sides. They come with sause. I know what I asked for! Sauce on the side! For a reason! You just didnt listen! So we got donairs wet with sause when we picked them up to take a bite they feel apart in our hands! Sause on on their allright! Thanks! First donair in years and it's one big disappointing mess. Now I have 20 bucks worth of donair meat to fork and knife???? I should of went with my old time fav, Joma's in Beacon Hill!!!! Next time!!!!

Hardly the best in town possible one of the worst. Dough was bland everything had weird spice possibly Indian. Pizza didn't hold together well as one would expect. But it was warm and eat able I can only speak for myself and the others who ate this pie but we will not return nothing special here folks , except the higher than average price and lower then expected taste .

Tried many places in fort mac and the food here is great, adorable prices, great customer service and delivery was so much faster than any other pizzerias in town. Read some of the reviews from below and noticed some of them was from owners from other pizzerias, kind of sad that they have to bash others to get some business :( so before you judge, give OJs a try, it's worth every penny promise!

Food is ok I suppose, for the price I'm paying I expected better. They've decided they don't want to deliver out to my house anymore even though I frequently spend over $150 per order. Final nail in that coffin, much rather find somewhere else to spend my money now.

Discovered the place by coincidence as I was in need of a place that stayed open late. Was totally amazed by the size of the bacon burger, which was quite good, and the quantity of the fries. Places that give you your money's worth are few and far apart, and this one definitely ranks high on the list. Service was very friendly.

Wrong order every single time! I can order from this place 3 and 4 x a week, and still get the wrong order. I even started ordering simple chicken fingers with poutine. No sauce for the chicken fingers every single time. Ask for a side of anything, and you never get the side you ask for. And, even when you repeat the order 5 and 6 times, the order is still wrong. Last week my friend and I walked into Ojs at 1115pm and were told they now close early at 1130pm. No signs have been posted or notice given to their customers. Was told they changed the hours two weeks prior. And, there is nothing posted. Today will be the last time I order from OJs as this time again the sides where forgotten. I was told the driver would bring the sides over, and twenty mins later, food cold, no sides. Didnt even eat my order. Had to call Jomas to get something accurate. Steer clear!

Pizza and pasta are amazing here! My kid ordered a folded over pizza (like a giant pizza pop) and he has been raving about it ever since. Beautiful lady behind the counter actually seemed like she enjoyed her job which is not a norm up here. Delivery is awesome, fast and hot! Eat here!! Love this place.

My wife and I love the omelettes from OJs and occasionally order other things when convenient but they are getting so difficult to deal with. I never seem to get everything I order anymore. This time they completely left out the simple order of French Toast for my daughter which was clearly annunciated. Their online menu also displays the wrong prices which I've informed them a couple of times through the last few years of ordering from it. The only reason I don't give 1 star is that the omelettes are actually delicious but I'm going to find a new breakfast spot to order from despite the convenience of quick deliveries.

ordered two pizzas both of which were not cut properly, making it hard to pick up slices. also driver forgot drink. had to go to the shop to grab my drink and come back. Only to have brought back a warm bottle...first time eating from here and the last.

Waited over an hour, driver said he was waiting for 10 minutes when I seen him pull up, food was cold to the point the cheese was hard and lady on the phone was very rude denying everything and just told us to throw it in the oven instead of offering any sort of compensation at all, considering we’re 2 minutes away it food should be at least somewhat warm.

This use to be a great place to order from. last night number 5 special 2 pastas 2 orders wings. wings were ok. spegethy and meat sauce was offputting from the first bite something looked like a piece of mushrooms but wasnt felt more like rubber. save your money order from jomaas or from another oj location the one in gregoire deserves a negative five star rating.

Server was good but we were over charged on our bill. Someone made our bill that wasnt the server, over charged on everything. Bill was done with pen and paper. CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE U PAY, YOU WONT GET ONE SO ASK TO SEE CALCULATIONS.

placed an order for pick up they said 30 mins. went there after 35 mins passed and there was 2 kids working the counter didnt know what they were doing ...I asked how much longer they said I dont know....I finally got my food after waiting over and hour. got home and I ordered poutine got plain fries ...called them up and said they would send delivery driver with a poutine....never showed up! very poorly ran business! Super slow!

Extremely cheap lebanese owner. Went in and ordered a fish and chips which was ok I guess. Once we're finished and we walk up to the counter to pay, on top of everything he charges me an extra dollar for the glass of water that i asked for. I don't care about the money but I certainly don't like to give cheap people my hard earned money. I should've called him out on the spot but I didn't, however I do NOT appreciate it at all. I ask everyone else to be cautious of these little tricks since they may think that we're swimming in money if they can have the audacity to pull such moves.

I ordered a pep, mush and grn pepper pizza large and got the second one free, a ham and pepperoni. I was pleasantly surprised, best pizza I've had in Grande Prairie!!!!Great pizza. Order to go and get a free med with every large. Expect to get a lot for the price. Great place.

They advertise free delivery if you spend more than $15. This only counts if you live in Gregoire. Our family lives 8 minutes away from OJ's and they charged us a $10 delivery fee (none of which goes to the driver, tip is extra). I called and complained to the owner and he won't change his mind. So we won't be ordering anymore even though we really like the food.
