Drove by on Sunday at 3pm, and saw the open sign flashing. Ripped a uturn and by the time I made it back the sign was off. Second guessing myself I decided to call. Jerry answered the phone and answered all my questions and that he had the TV I wanted in stock. Not only did he stay open past closing time he made sure everything was in working order before letting me leave! Highly recommend to anyone. No high pressure sales tactics here!

Gerry and the fine folks at McMurray TV are probably hands down BEST IN TOWN for customer service. I've boughten a lot things over the years at McMurray TV. Radar detectors, TVs and headphones and this smoker. The smoker was probably the best buying experience I've had to date. I message their Facebook page and Gerry answered all my questions during off hours. I called the next business day and they took my credit card and placed my order, it was very convenient because I didn't have to go in the shop at all because I knew what I wanted. Their prices were very competitive and they carry everything you need to smoke, pellets, spices, butchers paper the list is endless. They are so much more then a TV shop. So if you need a random item, talk to Gerry first before going to Edmonton, he has a lot contacts for appliances, air conditioning units, parts for the smoker or BBQs. I go to their shop for everything and I truly love their local business!

McMurray TV is one of the best stores in town. My wife and I bought all of our appliances and our barbeque from them, among many other smaller items. They are friendly, helpful, and honest. I especially appreciate how they carry very high-end home theatre equipment, which is a hobby I've had for many years. It's so cool to be able to see the top gear in the market locally!

Gerry Wong is the perfect example of a Store Owner who cares more about Customer Service, than making a sale. He will never rush you. He is always willing to answer every question or just have a friendly chat. The atmosphere of McMurray TV reminds me of a small town Barber Shop or a neighborhood convenience store, where the workers are always smiling and happy to see you. Great selection of BBQ products: spices, rubs, etc and all smoker accessories. Car Audio/ Security Products and Services (Stereos, Alarms, Starters, Amps, Speakers. Etc...) Huge selection of Electronics (TV's, Players, Stereos, Speakers, etc...) Lots of home appliances (Fridges, Kitchen Ranges, Washers, Dryers, etc...)

before Black Friday I ordered a TV with a pretty good price, and they happily shipped the tv for me and it was free, which was quite attractive but they made me deposit saying next week they informed me about tv , and within 2 weeks I was going to have a tv, I waited 1 month without response, I came to ask, an employee showed me the shipping schedule and told me 12/20 will come, in then on black friday i can buy tv somewhere else at the same price, on the 18th i come ask if my tv has come, they tell me next year may be january and not sure what date Come, if you want to be able to get your deposit back or buy another TV, but surely now there is no price for Black Friday, they are constantly blaming covid, but it only applies to crowded places not for transports or televisions,
