This was my first time at this location. The food was fantastic. I had the cheeseburger deluxe combo with poutine. I will be sure to visit again and bring my family along. If I had to pick out something it was that it took a long time to get the food and I had to send the fries back because they weren't made into a poutine. However, it was worth the wait and it won't stop me from returning.

Visited my gf in Fort Mac from Pickering,ON for a week and we ate here one morning and the food was great. We both ordered the XXL which we clearly didn't need since it's a lot of food. You get huge pancakes with the XXL so if you ordered one XXL and another person just ordered an XL let's say, then you'd be able to split the pancakes. Great price for all the food you get and the service was great. Highly recommend eating here

Food is delicious and high quality but the price and deter people from choosing Fatburger over another takeaway burger place such as A&W. The staff was friendly but forgot some items and had to be reminded. Two staff members were needed to take our order due to confusion or lack of training. We will definitely return but it for the food but the service could improve.

I had the King Burger Supreme, fries and a fountain drink. The burger patties look like they are formed in-house. They are big and almost hang over the bun. The toppings were fresh and the fries were crispy. The only thing that wasn't good was that the soda fountain was out of CO2 but they refilled it within a half hour of us telling them. Only get this burger (KingBurger Supreme) if you're quite hungry. The regular KingBurger is probably enough for a normal meal.

While the food is excellent their takeout service leaves a lot to be desired. AGAIN today my fiancé went in to pick up some food came home missing part of his order. Yes he should have check the order before he left to make sure everything was there but when you have a lot on your mind like a broken furnace, no heat &hot water, being sick, having a sick fiancee at home you just trust that someone can put together a 6 items.

On the whole one of the best burger joints across 3 continents we have tried.The meals are filling the milkshakes so really tasty.They serve a good breakfast,everything you would expect from a good burger bar.You can even get a beer with your meal. Burgers are good, they serve beer. And my first visit on June 24 2016 there was a young guy that took my order. I ordered 2 beers and a burger and he offered to take the beers out for me one at a time so they stay cold. On my second visit on the 25th he was on break and gave me his seat, as the place was busy and not many places to sit for someone by myself. I hope the manager acknowledges his great customer service.

So I called in a 400 and made an order because my husband worked until 7 and was going to pick it up on his way home. They lost the order and had no clue what my husband was talking about when he got there. I called and asked them and they not only lost the order but couldnt cook the food before hand they told me which I have never heard of before!!!! Not only did we have to wait but the food was over cooked, and the fries were 1/2 cooked. Worst food I have ever eaten and poor customer service! Wouldnt reccomend. As well when you would call to speak to them I called 4 times and no one answer and when I did the person that answered didnt really even care.

Everything went wrong. Taking my order took over 10 minutes, making my burger other 10, they forgot to give me my water and coffee. Later when I asked I got bottle water instead of tap water. Never got my coffee, apparently the forgot to ad it to my order (I asked 3 times!!!). Filipino lady had rude attitude too. I didn't like my beyond meat burger too, next time I'll go to A&W instead.

I got in touch with my inner self whilst dinning from this establishment. One would think it was due to the life altering burger cuisine they are billed as. Alas not the case they stock their bathrooms with one ply toilet paper. Decent burger, be sure to tip or get extra curlies in your fries.

The food is great...but....I find it rude that they shout "bad tip" into the kitchen when somebody tips. I ordered to go and tipped %15 which I beleive is fair. They shouted it for some other customers too. Also, I was waiting for over 20 minutes and then I saw a bag on a counter and it was mine. I have never been to a fat burger before so didnt know about the collection counter.

Food is good but it would be nice if they would get your order right when you order delivery through Skip The Dishes. 2 out of my last 3 orders have had wrong or missing items. This last order was missing an item my son wanted. You guys need to pay better attention when packing deliveries. Is that too much to ask? Sure hope not. Update: August 29th, 2021. Ordered through Skip, and yet again, they sent an incomplete order. A manager reached out last time and sent me a gift certificate to make up for it. That was nice and all, but I'd rather receive the food I ordered. Perhaps they should address a fundamental issue with the restaurant and the seemingly complicated task of making sure all food items are in an order before it gets sent out for delivery. This is now the 3rd order with a missing food item. Not very impressed. Update: September 20th, 2021. Ordered through Skip, and yet again, 2 food items weren't delivered with my order. They did, however, include 2 cans of pop that I didn't order. I'm done with ordering Fatburger for delivery. I simply can't understand how a restaurant can have so many consistent issues filling an order properly. It's simply absurd at this point.

Went to fat burger, had to wait about 10 min for the order to be made, while waiting we observed a lady in the kitchen with her hair only partially tied up. It the wait time we noticed her tuck the hair behind her ear while wearing the gloves to handle food. Pretty sure she should have it all the way up or it should be in a hair net? Been here a few times the first 2 times I really liked the boneless wings and burger. However On the 3rd time they first got my burger order wrong, then also my honey garlic wings tasted much different then the week before and I couldn't even eat them they tasted so gross. When I went to the manager and told him they tasted weird he just laughed at me and said i was wrong... so I left my food and walked out. You can get a way better homade burger and wings at ojs right across the parking lot. Never going here again.
