We always send my son to pick up their family dinner. We went and had shawarma and lamb shanks that was special dish. Great choices of mostly meat with sauces and nan bread. Went there with a couple of friends and tried the chicken shawarma platter, it was the best thing i have ever tasted. I will definitely be back there soon. must try it

Their food is amazing and variety is excellent. Only reason for 3 star is prawn tempura, i dont know who thought that its a good idea to sell prawn tempura straight from superstore. They have such a good variety that they can do great without it. Very disappointed.

Best restaurant in town. Very delicious and healthy meals. The prices are fair enough and lots of food. I order the BBQ plater every other Sunday with beautifully spiced skewers chicken and beef

Good atmosphere, good attention and service. On some occasions the waiting time is a bit long depending on the number of pending orders. The Shawarma and the garlic sauce that accompanies it is one of the dishes that I particularly recommend. also the chicken fingers have a very good breaded. The pizza in my opinion was not what I expected, maybe the bread was very thin for my taste but it may be that someone with a taste for thin pizza dough might like it. It is surely a place that I recommend and to which I will return, it has easy access and good parking lot.

Food is good, well prepared, but waiting time is terrible. If i will find another place in town with same quality of food, but quickly to serve its customers, i would not hesitate to change it

By far the best place that consistently delivers outstanding food! Hands down the best donair in town, the meat was fresh and tender, unlike other places where it’s tough as leather. The grape leaves are delicious and refreshing. Healthy and amazing tabbouleh as well. The shawarma wraps are to die for, especially the mixed one with chicken and beef. Cedars you have easily gained my repeat business as a customer. I won’t order a donair anywhere else in town. Thank you!!! AAA+++

Family friendly middle eastern foods with two huge ovens operating at plain sight making bakery products mid eastern style. Also has a large section to make kababs , shwarma etc complemented by a section for gelato. Very clean Recommend highly.

Had the mixed sharwarma platter and falafel that was ordered off skip the dishes to my hotel. Food was warm when I got it. Had bites of both items and everything tasted sour! Beef and chicken were overcooked and dry. Also no forks or knives in the bag to even get to the bottm of this massive dish!

I rarely give a review, but have to here. I have gotten take out from Cedars on a few occasions. Every time the food is outstanding, hot and great portions. Staff is courteous. I placed an order and a minor mistake was made on the order. I did not bring it up, they did and approached me about it immediately, that in itself is great. But they went above and beyond to correct it. It showed me they care about thier food, customers and service. Cedars knocked it out of the park. My goto for a great meal.

Love the food, especially the shawarma platters. These guys and gals can cook up some good food. Not a big fan of the pizza though. Also, they bumped up there prices during the flood and did not reduce them after. If they did reduce, it's not back to where it was before. I don't go here as often now because it's on the more expensive side around town.

Cedars downtown used to be amazing. I heard that a new owner runs this cedars uptown and honestly, it has gone downhill. First, you can tell they raised their price again... These cheaps only care about money. Meal isn't as good as before. Second, the meal feels dry compared to before and the mix platter was dry when I got it. Don't recommend until downtown is open. Hopefully its not the same owner as uptown. Honestly I'd rather eat mcdonalds instead.

This place is amazing. I can’t find better shawarma in Alberta. Whenever I’m in Fort Mac this is my go to place. You get a ton of food for a low price. The garlic sauce is amazing and you can even buy a container of it. I highly recommend the chicken shawarma sub with garlic sauce to dip it in.

I loveeee the rib eye platter!!!! My all time fave. The cooks accommodate to how you like your meat done. Their rice is one of my favourite parts of the meal because its oily and has a nice yet subtle taste to it (not too salty). Not a personal fan of shwarma but I have friends that love the shwarma here. The wait time isn't too long (5-15 mins depending on what you got ) and there's a place to sit so at least you're not standing. The platters are a little pricey but you get a lot! They usually have pita bread, side of salad, hummus and garlic paste with the platters so it's super fulfilling. Overall this place is a total must if you enjoy Middle Eastern food! Would 100% recommend! :)
