This place is very close to my work place. Always go there with coworkers for lunch. They have very experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staffs to help with food. Never had bad experience yet! Today had Thai Crispy chicken wrap. I never had it before. It was way too good for me. Love it. We were 20 people in the table. Everyone loved their food. Store has two sides, family and bar. I like both sides. Lots of TV display, neat and clean store. Washroom is clean. They always have notice for customer to inform, if it is dirty! I don’t see this type of notice before. Variety of sitting arrangement there. Nicely decorated. However, there is not enough parking spots. I love this store and recommend others to try this place.

Boston Pizza in Timberlea is a great place for a meal and a few drinks, and especially so if you're looking for a place to watch sports. They have most UFC fights, hockey and football matches. The food is what I consider fast restaurant food. Not quite "The Keg" but a few steps up from McDonalds. The atmosphere is usually nice, though on busy nights it's very loud and there will be a lot of yelling over the roar of the crowd and the music. The bar side is considerably louder, so if you're out for a social visit try the restaurant side.

Handed my coffee and spilled it but didnt try to make a sorry or anything. Really careless. Also ostracised me for having my own water. Were in a town with boil water advisory and you were shut down for a month for covid and you wanna argue about a 250 ml bottle of water I brought for my walk. The music was awful. Reminds me of a bad nightclub in 2000s.

I used to love this place for it's food and service. Now every time I visit, the floor and the seats are dirty. The tables are not cleaned properly. Soft drinks are flat and some servers are not up to par. Also, the bathrooms are not maintained well either. The garbage by the sink is always overflowing. Poor management.

Ordered food through Door Dash last night and paid $3 extra PER lasagna ($6 total) that we ordered just to get extra sauce on both of them. The photo below shows how there is clearly no extra sauce and in fact hardly any sauce at all. The door dash driver was excellent, fast service but boston pizza was disappointing tonight.

Went here recently with my family in the middle of the day thinking it would be slow. Well it was crazy busy because a couple hockey teams showed up (probably unannounced). You could tell they were understaffed for the crowd but we stayed anyway (lol). We were very impressed with the service and attentiveness we received. Everything came out timely and correct and the server was great. The manager even came around to make sure we were taken care of.

The food here isnt a top score. Its not so budget friendly outing compared to what yoy have so it isnt in the same league as a night out elswhere (earls). Menue at Boston Pizzia is vast, so findind something you'd like isn't going to take long, but the quality over price ratio always has me second guessing. I dont mind a night out at BP's but its not the top of my list.

The waitress (023-Lorraine S) was super unprofessional and she misbehaved. I just asked her to change the billing different than what I asked her first, she got mad and left our conversation rudely in the middle and ruined our night. Hands down the most frequented restaurant in Fort McMurray for our family. Food is always great, with some recent awesome new additions to the menu! With all the forced COVID shutdowns, it’s been a bit hard to get in since the renovations were completed - but they made such a big difference - specifically the bathrooms in the bar side. So much better than they used to be! If you’re looking for great food, professional staff and a clean environment given the times we are currently in - this is the spot!

The food is really good, if you can EVER get hold of anyone on the phone. I literally called 40 times in the span of half an hour and never got through once. Called to the downtown location and got through first call, but unfortunately they don't deliver up here. Love the food, hate the line ups when I go there to eat.. and most of the time the service is alright. Just answer your phones and you'll make everyone so much happier!

I have been coming here since this place was built. I love the service here, and the one funny thing is that I have been getting almost the same serve for almost 5 years. I called in an order on June 9th at 5:38pm for delivery. 7:55pm and still no food. I called them and the girl said they had screwed up the address, and couldn't call me because they had my phone number wrong too. Odd that on the receipt it has my correct phone number. But they were happy to deliver reheated tough flatbread and wings for FULL price! I guess I am a sucker because I felt sorry for the driver that had to make two trips.

Normally have good experiences. Today, I stand at the entrance for several minutes waiting to be seated. Employees walk around and see me, but no one sits me down. Went with my husband to enjoy our 4 year first date lunch. I'm not sure what I was expecting for service as his ex is a waitress there, although she was not there today I was left feeling like the moment we walked in were going to get bad service. We were served by 3 different servers I'm guessing only to gossip? When asked how the food was it was great except the artichoke pizza chips it was served with was salty. The waitress said that's how it is and walked away. I was shocked because this isnt the first time I've had this dip. Then another waitress asked us if we wanted a refill, I mention again the dip was salty and she said that's how it is would you like more chips for the dip, I said I prefer not. She took it away. As they were doing up the bill I could hear the waitress huffing and puffing and annoyed the waitress had asked to take the dip off the bill. When the waitress brought the bill over she said next time to ask for no salt, I said it's never tasted this salty before, she said well that's how it is and wanted to argue about the fact I felt as a customer it was too salty....meanwhile you can see the chunks of white crushed sea salt on the chips but again she reiterated that's the pizza seasoning on the chips. I had quickly ended the argument and asked my husband to pay the bill because it was a pointless conversation when she asked me how my meal was ????????‍♀️

This restaurant is just overall amazing. The good choices are great, the daily specials are all interesting, don't even get me started on the desert. I'm taking away one star due to the time to get the food. I get that it may take awhile but with my past experiences having to wait 45+ minutes to get the food is just too long for me. Asked for napkins and was told to take attitude elsewhere! Was speechless at first, then asked for the manager. The manager didn’t believe me so paid the bill and left. Another time pizza was raw, doughy, and cold! They wouldn't make a new one but recooked the old one. It ended up partially burnt and mostly inedible.

I have been going to BPs for years now but it was my first time at this location. This was last wednesday and I was with 4 other ladies and 5 kids altogether. The food was great like always but I just wish the customer service was good. Not sure if they are short staffed at this location. We went around noon and it wasnt that busy but our server was nice enough to take our orders and got it right but couldn't help with extra questions or concerns like getting us straws for our drinks. I asked for a hot sauce and never got it. The sun was right in our faces but I asked the server to lower the window shades twice but nothing came of it. She never came back to check on us to see if we needed anything else. One of my friends ended up getting the straws for all of us at the table and she also lowered the shades. As for the hot sauce, it never arrived.

I ordered a medium Great White Pizza tonight. When it finally arrived the delivery person hit “yes” for a tip on the debit machine before handing it to me without my knowledge! I didn’t realize it until it was too late. The tip he gave himself was on top of the total (after taxes and after a $5 delivery charge to drive it 2 min. down the road)! I think it’s asinine that anyone can say that “Yes, you’re going to tip!”. No choice. I don’t think a delivery person, a server or anyone else has the right to force you to tip. What happened to tipping based on the quality of food and service and whether or not you think it’s worth the extra? Then to add insult to injury, I finally open my pizza and the whole bottom 1/2 of the “heart-shaped” crust is burnt! (Whether you want a heart shaped pizza should also be your choice because there are a lot of people that like to eat pizza and don’t need to be reminded that they’re alone) Almost $40 later for unappetizing garbage. Will not ever recommend Boston Pizza, Fort Mac or eat there again. I would give zero stars if I could.
