I left a package at their UPS drop-off and it never arrived but no way to prove it. Really sketchy and they were rarely open when their posted hours said they were. Woman working there was really aggressive. Zero stars.

We wanted to drop off a package for UPS pickup. We tried Friday night and they were closed, even though they were supposed to be open. We came back Saturday as we headed to the airport and had to call them to come to the store and open (again, not honouring their hours). Because we were returning a Surface Pro, we took a video of leaving the package on a pile of other packages (ie no dropbox) to evidence we had shipped it. The lady that worked there became irate, and called us a racist and refused to take our package. So frustrated, upset and confused.
