We came here for a little dessert when staying in Fort Frances. It was packed. DQ is the place to be for fast food in the area. I got a cinnamon cookie dough blizzard. I've never seen a flavor like it in the US. All of the cookie dough is always chocolate chip and I don't like chocolate. I was excited for this alternative. It was delicious! It was very cinnamony. Everyone tried nice and liked it the best over the Turtle and the Reese's. It was a little different than US Dairy Queens, but overall, you know what to expect.

Quick service even during a busy lunch, washrooms were clean, food was good. Wishing the burgers were still charbroiled instead of what they are now makes a huge difference. Like the renovations that were recently completed they make it look a lot better! The ice cream cakes are ALWAYS a hit at any birthday party or celebration and I love that I can customize the message on top for free! Would recommend for a quick meal or cake if you need!

Never ever have I gone DQ Fort Frances and ordered chicken fingers and got tooth picks for strips. What happened to the full size strips. You charge for full size one menu shows full size.

As always awesome purchased a birthday cake and the staff was more then helpful and lovely to write what my daughter wanted on her cake They also added a little bit of extra pizzazz when they put the special writing on that just added to how great the birthday cake looks. The staff at our Dairy Queen they are very wonderful and always helpful food is always done up just the way we ask especially with picky eaters thank you

Terrible customer service, 4 people chatting in the back while 6 people waiting to be served! Waited over 20 minutes for 4 ice cream and no one in front of us! These young people obviously need more supervision than what they have!

Consistently good - but I have a suggestion! Sometimes the wait can be long, but is that really a bad thing? If you have to choose between cold fries and burgers served quickly versus one you have to wait a few minutes for, which would you prefer? I'd love to see this restaurant participate in the DQ Loyalty & Rewards Program through the DQ Mobile App. The ability to offer curbside pickup is something that should be offered in rural settings such as this location. Your team have always been great. So make the switch to mobile ordering and I'll gladly give you 5 stars.

Always get service Great fresh food' good coffee and very clean. Great deals too a lot better then going to McDonald's which end up having either lousy service or something made wrong never fails.

Only one start given the food does taste good and the menu is good how ever the children that work there should grow up and pay attention rather than gock at one and another the entire time and properly fulfill orders. Not impressed with how often orders are fcked. These are the type of people who believe they deserve a higher minimum wage.. ???????????????? oh and have they ever hear of hair nets?? ????

Best service in town when it comes to fast food. But food quality is a bit hit and miss. The dipping sauce in generic containers is a bit concerning - it should be sealed and fresh!

Hubby decided to try diary queen for a change. There were two people ahead of him. It still took exactly 14 min.to get his order!( im assuming its because the drive thru people r served first). This took up half of his lunch break. Then, after paying $12 something for a double cheeseburger combo,he noticed his burger was just regular sized with the exception of an extra small patty on it. It definitely looks alot bigger on TV! He was so disappointed with the service and quality of his meal that I agreed to call the manager on his behalf ( since his half hour lunch break was over). I spoke with the manager and she said they were working as fast as they could during the lunch rush and there is nothing she can do about the size of their burgers,so she was not going to do a thing for him. So everyone in the drive-thru gets served first, and their extra large burgers that cost a fortune r merely an extra tiny meat patty thrown on a reg.sized burger. And the manager doesn't care about your dissatisfaction of the high priced puny meal, nor the 14 min.wait it takes to get it! Just had to share our experience. Oh I also noticed the owner writes the same response for all their reviews about how they hope you will give them another chance etc. Why give them another chance if there is no compensation given for your inconveniences? A generic two sentenced response that is used repeatedly for all reviews doesn't cut it.
