Tender Cuts Fort Erie is a wondeful butcher shop. The customer service was fantastic and I was greeted with a poliet and welcoming "hello how can I help you". The quality of the products exceeded my expectations and I would recomend their steaks, burgers and their chocolate milk. Every time I have walked in to purchase my food I have also walked out happy and satisfied. I recommend Tender Cuts Fort Erie to everyone.

We used to buy all our meat across the border but the good part about the pandemic is, it caused me to shop at Tendercuts. From now on, border closed or not, this is where we will buy all our meats. The price is good but the quality is astounding. Just finished a strip loin steak which turned out to be the best I've had in years.

Shout out to Tender cuts in Fort Erie. First time visitor to your store. I asked to purchase 6 boneless skinless chicken breast which were on sale for $3.99 lb. Saturday April 4th. Only to find out when I got home an hr later they gave me skin on, bone in chicken breast. Not what I asked for , not what i paid for. Disappointing experience! Trying to support the local businesses during this time. Really not impressed.

The workers at this store is very racial . I never got a good service from them an I am women of colour they only serve it’s certain race fast . They even made mistake with my order an charge me for more items. They even lazy when serving me some will be standing not doing anything an Won’t even lend a hand to serve me who will be standing there for 5 minutes straight . This store sucks ????????
