This place is a little out of the way and you wouldn't know it existed unless you were looking for it but they do an excellent job providing great meat at am affordable price. Called in an order for a thanksgiving roast and it was ready when I came for pick up 20 min later. while picking up the roast I ordered various vacuum sealed cured pork products like procutto and pancetta all of which were excellent tasting and a level above anything you can get at a grocery store.

Not too impressed with sausage and beef tenderloin. I spent over 100s at this place and found bones in the sausage that nearly cracked my tooth. I won’t be going here anymore. People need to learn to clean their product before selling it! I was trying to support local farmers and this is what I get when I’m hosting a Christmas dinner! Never again !
