Consistently out of stock of most of the things I go there for, and the store is consistently a mess. At this point, I typically skip it. I get what I need cheap from Walmart and what I can't get at Walmart I get at Sobeys.

Not bad. Not very crowded. Slightly cheaper prices on things like pasta and meat. Cheese is rather expensive though. No complaints about the checkout except maybe the lines.

Friendly staff but the place needs better management because jobs aren't being done. I was mortified when i saw the milk cooler. That mess has been there quite some time it was dried on and everywhere so unsanitary. Today is nov 17th and multiple items that expired on nov 14th were in the vegan meat cooler section. Lack of caring is why these issues occur! Sad because we don't have many choices in this town. **UPDATE** it is now December 21st and the cooler is still in the same exact condit with the same cream carton on the floor even. The new picture i took is identical to the one over a month ago. The 3rd picture is the month later version of the same mess.

Great No Frills with friendly staff who go above and beyond. When an item is out, they make sure to raise the concern to their Manager so that it can be restocked the next time you come in. The overall flow of the store is nice. The checkout is a bit confusing as a first-timer. I thought the line up was for the self-checkout but it turns out it was for the normal checkout. The store is kept neat and tidy as well which is very nice.

I have to say that this No Frills location has to be the cleanest that I have ever seen! You don't get that "Low Budget" feel here like you do at most other locations. The produce is very good quality. They have a new "health" section which houses many vegan items!

The last five times I have been to the store, on different days, they have not had the item I went in for. It is fine that they have specials but if they are never available it is a wasted journey. Today, a Saturday, they had people in filling shelv es. They should do that overnight so that the items their custopmers want are on the shelves

No Frills is a good stop to shop for milk, eggs, cereals, chips and pop. Wouldn't recommend buying meat, fruits or vegetables here. Check out the flyer, a lot of times they are more expensive than others!

Very clean, friendly staff, and the produce is better than any of the surrounding grocery stores when they're stocked lol, this is no fault of the store however. It's definitely because of shoppers clearing them out constantly.. We prefer to shop here over other places like the one next door.

2 out of the 3 times I've been there, I go to the entrance to find that there are no carts available. I then have to wait outside for a cart, bring it in myself, uncleaned, and without gloves in -15 weather. Once I get the cart inside, there was a nice young lady waiting to sanitize the cart. Could be better organized, but other than that, good selection, and clean. I noticed maybe 5 stockers working very hard.

With the store's new layout it can be difficult to find certain items. Thankfully this location has enough staff on the floor that you can easily spot someone to ask anything. The cashier that helped me so much was Jenna. She is so kind and definitely puts the customer first. Great service. Thank you!

Went there at 8:40pm and was immediately told they are closing while the guy closed the covers on the vegetable area. They close at 9:00 pm. I felt harrassed all through the store other employees staying the are closing. I was at a line at the checkouts before 9:00pm waiting to pay. Sounds like they are more ready to go home than work to the end of there shift. Very disappointed how unfriendly this store is.

Very good prices, not the lowest I've seen, but much more reasonable than most places. The lines can be a little long sometimes, I suspect they are understaffed as I have never had a slow cashier there. Be sure to bring a dollar coin if you have any intention of using a cart. You get the dollar back but they are locked without a deposit. The employees in my experience have always been friendly and helpful. This is the best grocery store I have found in the area.

Good for the basics. Meat department is never really appealing. Prices are always high, fridges are a bit dirty looking. Watch expiry dates on everything as I've purchased past due products without looking first. During COVID-19, they've done a great job. Lines move quickly, staff are helpful and friendly and self checkout is being sanitized properly. However, pin-pads at normal check outs are not cleaned after each customer and they definitely should. I give them 4 stars primarily because the staff are friendly and efficient.

I have to say that the ATTITUDE of SOME YOUNG cashiers NEED adjusting. I had to write this because the attitude I got, was really noticeable and unnecessary. I wanted to compare to the AMAZING FRIENDLY service I go t at the FOOD BASICS in PORT , yesterday . If I had to choose between points and service with a smile, keep your points ! Not sure what is going on at that store, but maybe send your girls on over to FOOD BASICS for some NEEDED CUSTOMER SERVICE TIPS! .

They got the store looking good....but the service is bad. Was just there and they had 2 checkouts open. Express and handicap both had 10 people trying to cash out. I had 6 items but express was full of people with full carts it took long time to cash out. Also they advertised revello ice cream bars,but haven't had any and I was there first day of sale and still today none. This is the reason I stopped going there. But with the sale I thought it I would give it a try. But I think I will not be going back.

Always clean and helpful staff but not enough cashiers! Be ready to stand in line for 5-10 minutes and not a huge amount of boxes any anymore! I think they are pushing the plastic bags on you now because they make money off of them! Ya its only a nickle but it adds up quick if they sell 1000 a day!!

I love this store. It is hard to go into another no frills without comparing it and they seem to always come out on top. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and gelpful, the store is clean. Due to covid they do run out of things which surprised me as no store should run out of eggs or milk which they have. But that being said they are my favourite store and the only no frills I want to shop in.
