Nice layout, very conscious of COVID best practices, good meat and friendly staff. I didn't see much by way of higher quality cuts, but perhaps in my quick look I didn't see them (was looking for USDA Prime steaks), but what they did have looked good. Not their main product of course, but don't buy the pierogi, they taste very pancakey. Pretty disappointing, but they're a butcher, not a polish restaurant, so I can't hit them too hard for that hah.

Shovel your sidewalks. If laziness is indicative of your business, you deserve one star. You're one of the very few businesses on your busy street who don't treat your sidewalks. Be better! Edited: Thank you for the detailed response! A lot of people travel by foot and snow and ice really force people into the street, which is obviously very dangerous. Thanks for the quick reply!
