Their ham may be delicious! But how they handled our reservation was handled unprofessionally! We have purchased numerous hams from this location never had any issues. We have recommended many people to their business...all very satisfied. Then why a 1 star rating...we ordered a ham for January 5, 2019 reserved weeks in advance. Went to pick it up today... and what do we see a closed sign with a letter of apology! Yeah thanks..I have over 20 people coming over for supper tomorrow and now I am left scrambling. At least call your clients to advise them that their order would not be delivered as promised so that we can make other plans. Unprofessional, poor customer service!! As the saying goes.."one happy customer may tell one or two others of their great experience, one unhappy customer will spread the word of their dissatisfaction to all that they know." Poor decision not to call those who ordered in advance to advise them that they will not be upholding their end of the deal. I will think long and hard if we will ever purchase from them again!

I have been lining up 6 years 2 to 3 times a year usually buy 2 each holiday and some sides or smoke or some.thing with the purchase... This year no different and when I called my order in a week and a half before xmas ordered 2 for dec 24 and 1 for dec 27 3 in total ... was supposed to bring to my aunt today from etobicoke to aurora as she loves the ham like i do ... so what happens i walk into shop and 1 other person is there i dont even get a hello i simply get no more ham on bone sorry ... i said why would that happen if i pre ordered and the gentleman said that's what it is can't change it with a piss pour attitude to a good and loyal client ... no sorry no nothing ... offered frozen bones and centre cut ham ... that's not what I ordered .... just hate the attitude ....

Called and placed an order on November 17th. Today December 21st I receive a call saying they can't fullfill my order due to covid. I AM PRETTY SURE they are filling order for big customers and cancelling small orders like mine.

Thank you to Foster for saving the day for our Christmas dinner. We ordered a specialty ham from one of their local retailers who didn’t come through. When I called Foster offered to put one aside for us right away for pick up. Amazing customer service - 20 out of 10!
