Ok here goes the experience here is always a highlight. The Dog food patties are unbelievable tasteful. My dogs are freaking picky but these patties fulfill there needs. The bacon , pepperoni sticks,garlic sausage is good gotta make some double smoked ham though. I lucked out on finding brisket here n there ribs are out of this world. 1 more thing there chickens are the size of what chickens should be. Definitely a trip once a week. The Bauma family are great

I ordered a box of 20 lbs of raw dog food beef and veggie patties for 70$. The price was good and the ingredients were simple and allergy friendly (my dog is allergic to everything it seems!). They delivered the box of food next day for no extra charge. The whole thing was great and cost effective as far as raw food goes. Unfortunately my dogs stomachs are so sensitive they couldnt keep the food down (there was nothing wrong with the food, they do this with many things). The company gave me a full refund! Very happy.

We booked for cow meat and waited for 2 weeks. When we called back on this other day to check, we were promised a call back on the same day in which they did, and the meat was there. When we were on our way to the store we got a message that the meat was sold to somebody else. I was shocked. I have no idea how they select their customers. I don't wish to experience that again next time.

Parked my car near their facility this morning and instead of leaving me a note like a decent human being to inform me that parking there (which had no signs stating I couldn't park there) was an issue, they instead left a COW INTESTINE on my windshield. Very disappointed and disturbed by their lack of human decency and unprofessional behaviour. If I could rate this place zero stars I would.

Pretty disappointed. We've been getting our deer processed here for 3 years and it's always been really good. When we called (mid November), they told us they were incredibly busy and we would have to wait about a month, which is fine, so we waited. A month later we called back, spoke to a different person and they informed us the original info we were given was "out to lunch" and we'd have to wait about another month. After calling today (mid January) they've now informed us that they will only process our deer into sausage, and they will not take any carcasses so we will have to de-bone the animals ourselves and just bring them the meat. We do not have the space or proper facility to de-bone our own animals, hence why we get others to do it. Just really disappointed that we weren't informed earlier so our deer carcasses wouldn't have had to hang for 2 months. Definitely lost a repeat customer today, but unfortunately it seems like it doesn't matter to them anyway.

We had lamb butchered and cut here three times the last 3 years. We left specific instructions on the type of cuts we wanted and each year they have made mistakes on the cutting. They do not read instructions. This time they cut our leg and shoulder roasts into small peices, completely ruining the entire lamb. We are not impressed and will not be returning. Suggest finding a store that will actually listen to customer requests.

They ruined my 1/4 of beef, nothing cut properly. Uneven steaks , no tenderloin on my t- bones, a total over priced hack job. Better off buying at no frills.

I make deliveries here on a fairly regular basis so I have a Insider's View I believe them to be well organized and very helpful I show up. Anything you can do to help me get unloaded quicker they do and the delivery driver likes that.

My grandfather always goes here. He says that the place is so clean and the meat lasts such a long time cause they cure and clean it right. If anyone knows meat its my old man ;) ill go here for anything now so good!

Do not bring your beef here to get butchered. They charge too much, the bill was higher then expected. I filled out the cutting sheet and sent it to the receptionist, two weeks later I received a very angry call from the owner because I didn’t give any cutting instructions. Turns out the receptionist just ignored/lost the email. Almost no effort is put in when cutting steaks, absolutely no trimming was done on any of our steaks. Lots of our ground beef packages were covered in blood on the outside. The animal yielded a lot less then expected when going from live weight to actual weight of meat in the freezer, hopefully this was only due to a poor job cutting and not due to them helping themselves to my beef.

Great service and amazing quality! The staff is always very nice and very helpful. Their products are always delicious and of great quality, their prices are very cheap compared to the quality you get. They use no chemical conservatives and have many gluten-free options. I've been shopping there for many years, and I plan on continuing to shop there because of the outstanding service I get every time I go there.

I am buying at this place since I moved in Canada back in 1997. For over 20 years I have no single complain. Everything is fresh and wonderful taste. Store is always clean and everyone I had pleasure to deal with, either face to face or over the phone, is always polite friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I recommended this store to my family, friends and even people I meet trough my work and everyone is happy and coming to the store on regular basis. Only "problem" is it's hard to survive January each year because they close store for vacation lol :). I can promise as long I eat deli meat, fresh meat etc I will be coming back. Thank you guys so much for keeping open this wonderful store and making great products for your customers. I wish you all the best.

This place now takes debit. I heard about it from my friends and family but cash only made it tough to work in. Fantastic meats at fantastic prices. I highly recommend the rolled bacon luncheon meat
