It was a good experience there. I asked for specific taste and gurpreet suggested me the right choice which was mild in taste and flavourful. Chicken was fresh and everyone loved it in my family. Definitely going back there and will suggest my friends too.

I bought chicken leg & thigh & charged $4.19 per pound when everywhere els $3 or less ( also it wasn't fresh). I will never ever will go there again..... when I talk to them I didn't see any good customer service ???? ????????????????????

Worst customer service.no cleanliness.fish sitting on the counter for so lon in room temperature. I asked the guy to cut meat curry pieces and he cut different way.when we told that's not the way I wanted he said how this is how it supposed to be.I am a customer .I pay you money you cut my meat according to my taste not yours.not going this place ever again

I would give 0 star for customer service. Worst experience I was there yesterday Sept 22nd I ordered about 22 lb of goat and asked for 2 separate Bill's.The girl that was doing my order looked angry and annoyed acted like as if she is doing a favour .Excuse me ,I am a customer and paying money for what I get. I urge the owner to teach them some basic customer service very frustrated. After all this I weighed my meat guess what I got only 20.8 lb Is that cheating?... I live in the interior I go there at least 8 times a year for the past 12 years.. I won't be going there anymore.

The staff was very rude moreover the man was cutting chicken without wearing gloves when we complained about it instead of apologizing the owner started yelling at us. Worst experience ever.

Bought frozen halibut at the Newton location and when I defrost it, the fish turn black and felt into pieces which tell me that it has been frozen for a long time. On top on this was new year dinner and no one has reach out to me. Not nice when you have been a customer since 2014.

We made goat with bones and it was literally all bones. I asked my dad if he bought it somewhere else than our usual place and he said yes Fraserview in 80th. Fraserview on King George has sold salmon that is labelled Wild but it is orange rather than red which is indicative of farmed salmon.

I don't want to give any star to them. We have horrendous experience with them. I am writing this on behalf of my wife. Today Nov 21,2020, My wife went to buy whole chicken from this shop and she ordered 2 regular whole chicken but they gave her free range chicken assuming that my wife want free range chicken. When my was paying she came to know that this chicken is free range instead of accepting their mistake they start misbehaving with my wife. she came out crying and shocked. I was their regular customer but no more going back after their awful customer SERVICE. I guess they are behaving like that because of their location and their monopoly. This kind of arrogance will give them result soon or later. Thanks for reading.

I went to buy lemon chicken from 128&88 location but the guy gave me very stale chkn and it smelled so bad after cooking and the guy didnt even apologized neither gave my money back. I was a regular customer now i never went to this store.
