Store is always quite busy and checking out your groceries sometimes takes a while. Cashiers are friendly for the most part although occasionally one or two would rather be somewhere else than helping you. Generally there are some decent sales. The store and experience are definitely "No frills" but they don't promise or pretend to be something that they are not.

This place is like a big box store, with a focus on yellow brand and other no name/no frills products. No take away fast food options. Strange store layout, was looking for salsa, first tried by potato chips, then by condiments, finally found it in the soda pop aisle along with a few Mexican themed products. Store didn't take Visa, which was fine, just be aware that they only take MasterCard. Go for sundry items. Zero chat checkout young woman which I was fine with because I couldn't stop looking at her red swollen body piercings in her ears and face. That probably makes me sound like an old man, but honestly I was just worried for her because they all looked super sore.

Very pleased with the layout, cleanliness, produce and selection. The quality of the No Name and Presideny's Choice brands is usually identical to big-name brands and once you know the store's restocking days you can time your weekly shop to coincide with meat/fish being marked down by 30% (I'm not telling Google when ;) ) Hope this helps!

Luckily Dave remained calm and was able to de-escalate the situation by removing the individual from the store, where he was taken into police custody. I was proud to see a BC business owner stand up for the safety of himself and his employees. Can't wait to shop there next time I'm in Dawson's Creek ????????

Won't shop here again after an incredibly rude young girl served us tonight. Asked if we would like a bag we promptly replied yes please, once groceries were put through there was no bag so I asked about a bag realizing there must of been a miscommunication at this point she glared at me and literally threw the bag on top of my shopping. I then asked how much and she snapped and said don't worry about it. I have worked in customer service all my life and I would never treat or speak to a customer like that. Disgusting attitude.

We lost my little boy's toque and I went to look for it. I asked the cashier if they had found it and before I could go look for it one of the staff brought it to the cashier and I was on my way.

While shopping here on a few occasions, over the last several months. I've noticed a wild bird flying around inside the store. I understand that a wild animal can get inside a store but the lack of action, for such a long period, leads me to believe the owners have no concern for the safety of shoppers. Birds are vectors for many known diseases and this should have been taken care of immediately. I know birds can be cute but the diseases they cause are real. Utterly disgusting, the owner should be ashamed.

Prices are set not in place, not for proper items. I was overchaged so many times. Dave, the owner argued that it was everything ok, but it wasn't. Every time I buy something I have to check my receipt because the charges don't reflect the prices placed above the product. The owner and the staff blame the customer while it is the owner and the staff respondibility to make it clear for the customers. After you pay and don't check your receipt you loose a few dollars and the store makes money on you. Multiply that by number of customers. I consider that as a stealing. Recently I had a discussion with the owner of the store and he tried to make me stupid that I can't read their signs, while it was obvious their fault. Sorry Dave but you don't give or make a good image of yourself or your store to me (at least). I am willing to pay for what I buy, but overcharge or misplace the prices or the produce is not alright.
