I've shopped at the Lower Mainland's two popular gun stores (RG and ISG) and I have to say, both come a distant second (and third) to Corlane's. Though the store is located a long, long way from where I live, I will be doing all of my purchasing there. Whether buying a rim fire rifle and scope combo or something higher end (like Christensen Arms), their customer service is fantastic. And that is an understatement. Thank you, Corlane's, for a fantastic customer experience.

Corlane Sport Goods LTD made my first rifle purchase experience 5 stars! I live in Calgary Alberta and its tough when you make purchases online. Without being able to see it in person. I purchases a Christensen Arms rifle. The rifle came quickly and was well packaged. Now prior to getting my rifle I was notified that the original box was damaged and the rifle would be sent in a different box. Kind of bummer cause I like to keep original boxes with all my big purchases. So once I opened the box I did a through inspection of the rifle. There was a few markings on the carbon fibre on the forend and some of the cuts were not finished as well as I expected. Also there was a tiny marking on the pic rail. I showed my buddy the pictures and he assured me that those markings are not a big deal and I was just being picky. Anyways I emailed Corlane and sent pictures of all the marks and blemishes on the riffle. I explained my concerns. It did bug me after spending quite a bit of money on a brand new rifle. Initially they requested I send the rifle to them to take care of everything. But in the end they agreed to send a brand new forend and pic rail to have mounted here locally. The package came quickly and had a brand new forend to address the unfinished cut and markings on the carbon fibre and brand new pic rail, with all brand new hardware. So even if you are not local to Corlane I would not hesitate to order from here again. The way they took care of me makes me a customer for life. I've already made another purchase from them. So even though the rifle purchase was not perfect. They took the steps to make sure that in the end I was fully satisfied. Thanks Keaton for taking care of this issue quickly.

This store Has EVERYTHING!!!! From freeze dried food, camping equipment, gold panning rigs, meat smokers, fishing supply's, to sniper rifles, and paintball guns. I went in just to check out the S&W -629 that I am literally drooling over. I found the Service was fast and friendly, the gentlemen (Rodney McCartney) even took a moment to take me around the side counter to show me some relic munition's that are no longer manufactured. felt like a kid in a candy store compared to the equivalent stores down south in the Okanagan.

Ordered a custom Manners stock for my .338 build through corlanes. Took about a year of build time (Time was for the build and import so manners was all understandable) When the stock arrived it was discovered that the inlet was cut for a short action instead of a long action. The owner of Corlanes, Tim, stepped up in a big way and offered to have his smiths do the conversion and inletting free of charge instead of sending it back for a refund. Awesome! I opted to get them to install my bottom metal inletting and stock bedding as well, and they did a beautiful job. Even the touch up paint on the stock was on point and not even visible. To make things even better the smith called me before sending it out and noted that I had no caliber stamp on the barrel and offered to professionally engrave it for me. Outstanding! All in all I give them a solid 4.5/5 Outstanding customer relations and outstanding gunsmiths. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is that emails take 1-2 weeks before you get a response, but otherwise highly recomended!

Just recently received my PAL, and was in the market for a 12 gauge. Based on feedback from my more firearms experienced friends, I decided on either a Remington 870 Express or Mossberg 500. As a fun added "bonus", I am also left handed. After searching the online stores of literally dozens of Canadian retailers, I finally came across Corlane's website. Lo and behold, they had a lefty Mossberg 500 in stock. Less than 48 hours later, I received an email from Monica with the Canada Post tracking number and my new shotgun was on the way. Their online inventory appears to offer real-time updates (after completing my purchase I checked back on their website and the lefty Mossberg 500 was now showing as sold out). Overall, my purchasing experience with Corlane was top notch, and I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

I sent my rifle parts in to be put together, at first I was told it would take 6-8 weeks, I waited 11, upon receiving my rifle the first thing I went to do was install the muzzle break, pretty simple should just thread on, and it doesn't, when I called the store to speak to someone, I was told to go out buy a caliper and measure the threads... they are in fact 3/4" like requested but wont allow my break to thread past the first turn, I have called back and am always told there smiths are on the phone, I have waited for a call back that is probably never coming and I have wasted 125.00 for threads that wont thread my break. It seems they have no interest in fixing what is obviously an error on there part. I will never ever again go to corlanes for anything, I do not recommend them for any gunsmithing work. Go somewhere else and have it done right.

The best service I have ever received. These days its hard to find anything close to the customer service they provide and they go above and beyond. I had my rifle Cerekoted and a muzzle break fitted by them and could not have been happier. They were thorough and produced real quality work, i will be using them in the future for more gun smithing and other purchases.
