I don’t know what the meat is like but I know that the customer service is horrendous! I mixed up the stores and I was trying to explain the situation to the lady on the phone and she was sarcastic, refusing to listen or cooperate. I cancelled my order because I didn’t like her attitude. Kind and patient customer service makes the experience of shopping a lot better and if not it’s not worth it. Never going there! Update: I found my credit card info and I did purchase from this very place and the person who served me was Richard. I have the price of my purchase and a voicemail from them stating that my order was ready for pickup. My purchase was done on August 23, 2021. At time of my purchase the staff WAS amazing but not anymore. When I mentioned Richard’s name, the person who I was speaking to said that he hasn’t owned this store in years. Absurd and ridiculous.

This place has very good meat here. We buy burgers here and they are pretty good. Personally I don’t Like the sausages because they don’t taste really good but hey, their meats are very good. Clean facility and would recommend this place for meats.

It's always dangerous to go inside here! Whatever you were initially planning to spend you can usually just double because the selection is so appealing and good! The beef, the pork and the chicken is all excellent! The wide variety of pre-made frozen selections are great value as well. You can't beat the lazy man's dinner for the price! 100% recommended this butcher.

I want to give a big shout out to Richard's Fine Meats in St. Catharines I'm extremely impressed with how they've handled things and I wish more businesses would adopt the protocols these guys used from the start: 1) Full stock itemized online; 2) Order via phone/messenger; 3)Order is bagged and ready for your pickup; 4) Pick up at the door, without going inside; 5) touchless payments accepted; 6) Acrylic panels at the door help separate the staff from the customers; 6) Still able to flex and make last-minute changes to orders; 7) Giving staff the long weekend off! Well done! Cabbage rolls are awesome. Burgers are fantastic!

First time customer. My daughter lives in the area . I was very pleasantly surprised at the pricing. Considering the quality was great as well. Excellent customer service , clean , neat, well displayed items. Overall great experience. We grabbed stuffed pork chops. Cppl cabbage rolls (yum) , buns and bbq chicken lunch meat. All were a hit. Great quality food here. I will be back to try the steaks next . Looked lovely in display. My new go to butcher. Thank u!

Feeding a crowd? Pre-order their roast beef (comes with gravy). They even set buns aside! Definately a crowd pleaser. Best in town. Haven't been disappointed yet. So glad they came back!!!!

The meat is excellent, but unfortunately I was in the store over this past weekend and I heard the boss speaking rudely to a few of his employees -- I was a little disappointed. However, the girls were all wonderful and full of smiles, and Shawn was very helpful answering all of the questions I had. I will be returning, hopefully with a little less negativity coming from behind the butcher's table. Overall, Richard's Fine Meats and Deli is a good place to go to for fresh and delicious meats.

April 11th 9:10 am I was unaware that orders had to be called in but as no other customer was in sight the rude clerk informed me she could take my order. It was 2 items costing $35 wow. I'm a weekly customer but todays total was very pricey & I explained when paying I apopogized for not knowing their new policy to which my clerk informed me "well now I knew" for the future. I appreciate we are in a pandemic but the attitude and unfriendliness is not called for. Her shift had just started. And future orders - no worries I wont be returning.

The absolute best group of girls working there. I wish I could hire a couple of them. Also ive been there every day for 2 weeks noe and every time my sandwich has been stacked high with quality meat and choice cheeses. For 4.50 a sandwich, i dont see how you could do any better. Keep it up guys!

I cooked my first chicken breast stuffed with spinach and ricotta. I was a bit worried that it would be dry. WRONG! It was so moist and flavorful. One chicken breast would probably serve 2. Great item. Thx Richard's for providing curbside pick up protecting us the public and your staff. Keep up the great work and continue to create wonderful item like the stuffed chicken breast.
