Best butcher in town! All the products I’ve gotten thus far have exceeded my expectations. Their sausages are just pure delight. Make sure you get the porchetta! It was a show stopper at the dinner table. :) Also get the bacon!! Also, they take custom orders. The meat is of highest quality. Finally a solid butcher shop on this side of the river. Happy meat makes for a better, tastier meal, and they definitely get happy meat. Ethically sourced, pasture-raised, the meat and various cuts are some of the best you'll find in the city! The sausages are excellent! They even do porchetta sandwiches on Fridays. Definitely recommend!

This is exactly what Saskatoon needed. Fresh, local and homemade, the Pig & Pantry delivers on quality and taste without killing your budget. My personal recommendations are the green curry pork (just heat and serve. Poured over rice it makes an excellent to go lunch or a cozy meal inside) and the Thai sausage (the lemongrass makes it taste so light and fresh)!

Ordered the porchetta sandwich and split pea soup. Meant to share the sandwich with my wife, but instead ate 90%. Technically I did share it I guess? 100% delicious. Would try to share again, probably unsuccessfully.

Hands down the best butcher shop in Saskatoon. They always have something great in the display case for breakfast, lunch or dinner and are more than willing to meet specialty requests. Everything pork is great but they also do beef, lamb, and poultry. And free range eggs.

Been coming to them since the booth days at the farmers market. Every item I've had there is amazing. Hard to pick just one item for fave but it might be the maple breakfast sausages followed closely by the Andouille sausage.
