Only reason to give them one star is because you can't write a review with negative stars. Returned food that they sent a week early only to have it returned frozen a week later. Threw it all out because you can't serve old food to your out of town relatives coming for supper on a wedding weekend. Customer service is non existant.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order for delivery but did not get my order despite the fact that they charged my credit card. I kept calling the store and was repeatedly told that my order was "on its way". I waited all day and well into the night. Their greed for business is their ruling principle.

High quality meat, excellent sliced deli meats and excellent prepared food like rotisserie chicken, salads,knishes, and gefilte fish. You can order by text and they deliver within hours. Customers are not always following Covid public health decrees.

I went there recently although the meats looked good none of the staff was wearing a mask. I asked about it and was told that they are double vaccinated. I will not be returning here again

Awful customer service. Called earlier in the day to ask about a specific amount of brisket, confirmed what time I would be there, went to go pick it up, and they said they didn't have it. Just a rude person at the cash. On top of that, no one wearing masks. Would never go back, and would suggest others do the same.
