Best quality bone marrow, pork chops are so fresh that the bone marrow is still red. Ground pork here is perfect for any stew bases. This is my go to place for pork.

Wanted to buy some lamb shanks( frozen ones) on Friday and have them sliced in the machine there. The butcher said no through he did not have much to do at that time . Only me and my wife in the shop. Would not recommend to anyone
