Their staff Eddie is Very accomodating and has knowledge on products they are selling.
Friendly fast service. Got a great deal was in and out quickly and activated 3 new lines. They made everything easy and smooth and even downloaded the app for me, also showed me how to add parental control on my daughter’s iPhone show she doesn’t go over her data. Will be coming back!

Very happy with the service. Vandana was excellant explaining the new phones functions.
Horrible still paying off a tablet from them. They added a ZTE tablet in with my past phone back in 2019. I'm currently with another phone provider. Still paying off a poorly made tablet that in reality costs probably $100 online or less. Don't fall for it. It's a scam. They put a sim in the tablet as well. So you're paying double.

Sarah was extremely patient and helpful in switching me over from Telus to Virgin. She even got me an extra 1GB of data for free and still came in less than Telus for more data! Would definitely recommend.

I have recently signed up with Virgin Mobile. Eddie, the sales associate deserves recognition for his patience and perseverance. First we figured out we needed to request the sim unlocked from the previous provider, given the phone predated 2017. Which we finally managed, however they did not provide the unlock code. Then, given the provider now no longer recognized the account # or phone #, it created an issue in obtaining the unlock code. Through all of this, he was alone and the fire alarm went off which forced him to lock everything up for us to leave the building. Again, Eddie thank you for your professionalism.
I got a new Samsung about a month ago. The staff at the kiosk were very helpful and answered all my questions, I had tons. The gentleman helping me was very patient and personable, easy to connect with. I've been a customer of Virgin for about 10 years, and this was one my best/memorable experiences.
Bought a Samsung galaxy a70 here and the camera don't work (very blurry and pixilated photos). I return to the store and the workers can't do nothing for me. They said call Samsung, because they offer a 1 year warranty... I call up Samsung and they tell me to mail my phone to Samsung for repair. (2-3 week turnaround) Just a big fu€k around. Pisses me off when a business or company sells a product that they can't back up and support their product. Can't wait to move away from these scam professionals .
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20 on Black Friday. My experience at Virgin Plus was amazing. All the staff were wonderful especially the Sales Accociate (Vandana) who helped me throughout my purchase. I therefore recommend Virgin Plus at Peter Pond Mall to everyone and ask for VANDANA.

Both the manager and "second in charge" is a joke. No education and typical Millennial attitude. These 2 ( won't say women) "girls" have a lot to learn about customer service. I get the day of the customer always being right is long gone, however as a consumer we need to start holding these companies accountable for the under trained, undereducated, know-it-alls they hire. A review here and a written complaint to the company is a start.

In St. John's my old phone wouldn't charge so went to the mall to get new one. Home in corner brook for 6 days new phone keeps turning off so they tell me to take it back to St. John's (670kms away)

After 3weeks of waiting for my pre-ordered iPhone, I finally got it. Eddie helped and assisted me through out the way. From placing the pre-order phone upto switching service provider (from bell to virgin), and even teached me how to transfer my files from my old phone (android to ios).
