Clean location. Food was well cooked and packaged. Short wait time and pleasant staff. Only complaint is that youre stop walking in the door...no where near the counter and the cashier is already trying to take your order.

Wanted a 5 piece meal, with all white meat, but the only white meat they had to give me was the wing pieces. That didn't impress me. So, I decided to go with 15 crispy hot wings. They are always delicious. The fries and Gravy are also great

Rude staff and not willing to really answer questions. Very expensive. Before they used to give bigger pieces of chicken, but now it is mostly legs and bones. Chicken was not really hot. Will never go there again.

I called this one because it was the first number that came up. I got introduced with "KFC" and then when I said "I would like to place an order for delivery" I got asked "downtown?" And I responded with thickwood. He told me to "call the other store". Didn't tell me the timberly phone number, was pretty rude.

This place’s is the worst kfc I have ever been to. The place is so disgusting I wonder if the actually clean the place. My advice is avoiding this place you might get salmonella poisoning.

Downtown restaurant They are expensive and they don't honor coupons. Chicken is usually good. The gravy however is terrible! ALWAYS. It's like they don't even put any flavoring in it, just flour water and maybe a bit of salt and pepper. Yuck. The salads are good though :/

In my opinion, the quality of the food has lessened and the price is too high. KFC was once at great option much less so in todays market. Twice a year is about all we buy from them, anymore.
