Great store. Staff are always helpful if I ask for anything. They never seem to put out by a request. I heard one staff offering a rain check one time for a customer. Prices are a bit higher and I find sometimes a lack of products. But over all a great service to stop in and grab something quick on the way home for supper.

Last week I was looking for real cream so I asked some guy in a cloak if he carried real milk and his response " not in the meat department".... The meat department and the dairy is three steps away from each other... ... This is not a huge department store... I am sure the staff that work there know where things are.?. They probably shop there themselves... Tad bit ignorant

Pricey. If they opened at 7 and closed at 11, it would be the ideal neighbourhood convenience store. The one in Mt Pearl is a little frustrating sometimes, as it feels like you're getting nickel and dimed. The service is always good though, and the Liquor Express is handy. Nice to have a good store within walking distance. They deserve a little support for taking over that eyesore on Newfoundland drive.

I have to say that it is one of my favorite places to go to pickup my groceries, they have so many great deals and the store always seems to be nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you out if you're not able to find what you are shopping for. Also the manager at the local store in botwood has at many times donated stuff to the children involved in sporting activities and alike in the town. I myself have seen him drop off a case of Gatorade at the soccer ⚽️ field for the teenager's who were participating in activities one evening , highly recommended for all your groceries needs and the in store bakery does an amazing job with fresh bread and a number of baked goods , they also prepare delicious food dishes for take out .

Very disappointed with Coleman's. Their produce was less than fresh, they were over priced and only 2 check outs available on a Saturday afternoon. I was unhappy with their limited stock. Perhaps this store would be acceptable for quick, fresh cut meat shops but nothing more. Even their sale items seemed inflated compared to your Sobeys and dominion.

I love shopping at Coleman's! All of the staff are so friendly! I love the fact it's locally owned and it's a small store that stocks everything I need and I can get in and out in ten minutes. Yes some things are more expensive but they do have great specials each week. I'm not a fan of the superstores. This place feels like family. :-)

At your store before 9 am for some vegetables & went through the 'customer Service' cash with Jess C as server ( according to my receipt) She was MORE than friendly... started with ' Good morning, how are you this morning' , 'did you find everything you were looking for', ' will that be all', ' Thank you, hope you have a great day'.... I was 3rd in line & herad her say same thing to previous 2 plus she started same with the gentleman behind me. there were a few 'loves' in her conversation' :) which made it seem even friendlier. Coleman's are, it seems, making the most of the boost to their customer numbers, with Dominion being closed due to industrial action. Shelves were fully stocked, the produce looked like it was the best available in the city, the staff were super helpful in locating things, and there were plenty of checkouts open. My experience at this store today, coupled with the indifference with which I have been treated at multiple Sobey's locations recently, has bumped Coleman's up to my 2nd choice supermarket. 1st, currently, since the incredibly convenient local Dominion is closed.

It was one of those moments when I went shopping when many big ticket items that I needed were on sale. Talk about one - stop - shopping. Not having a car these days it is conviently located beside the # 21 bus route that gets me back to St. John's where I live. I usually buy fruit and berries at Colman's. Rarely do they go bad before I get a chance to eat them. Also they have a very clean washroom that had been open during COVID - protocols where other stores have locked their's. Staff is quite friendly & very helpful when it comes to fingers a product or asking at the office if they carry what it is one is looking for. May you all walk through the store when grocery shopping (not scurrying) & follow the arrows in the isles. Happy shopping!
