Boston pizza is a very good restaurant and its kept very clean and the staff is always fast to help the customers and to refill there drinks or whatever the customers need..The prices at first I thought were a little high but after I got our food I was very satisfied and very happy because you actually get a good quantity of food. The only thing I didn't like was our server pretty much said that we had to give a tip now I do always give a tip but to me I think it should be up to the customer because what if it's a elderly person or someone that barely has any money and desires to take there better half out for a nice night out for a nice supper etc and forced to pay extra for a tip. That's just my opinion tho but other then that it's a very nice place to go and have some pizza etc

Had my first visit to this Boston Pizza location (I've been to 3 others in the past) and I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I've had at the Boston Pizza chain. The server was very friendly (rare to get a bad one at the chain) and the food came quickly. We were checked on several times even though it was quite busy. They have been great at all location but the cactus cut fries are a GREAT appetizer.

Ate here while on a business trip by myself. Restaurant was clean. I had the medium, breaded wings and the bbq pizza. Food was good. It's typical Boston Pizza food. No complaints. The best part of my visit was the service though. The waitress that served me was wonderful. She always had a smile, replaced my drink multiple times with no wait, brought my food out in a reasonable time frame, and was very attentive (without being overbearing). While paying my bill, she mentioned that it was her first shift ever. Next time I'm in town, I'll be coming back.

If you are on a budget do not expect to get anything fancy, the food was extremely over priced, I ordered 2 Tuscan mini pizza's and the cost of that alone was $40 plus taxs, I can get a large slice of pizza and a drink for $5 at Luigi's. Did I mention ONE burger alone cost 14 dollars? yea.. Anyway, other then that the staff were very friendly and not slow at all.

I mostly enjoy Boston pizza. The layout of the restaurant is not the greatest. I often choose the bar side so you have a window view. The menu is dynamic and offers a lot! The prices, however, are too high. For a standard medium pizza and drink, it’s an expensive night out. And the quality doesn’t meet the price point. If you’re looking for a fast food experience, you’ll find it here. The servers are always awesome and welcoming, and the beer is always fresh. The sizes are pretty huge, and I love that. But again, the price point is on the higher side. I wish there were more healthy options available. I’ve tried to order the bowls and salads, but they are not worth the price. They often have live music, which could be nice, except I find the bands are usually obscure and far too loud. It makes for conversation at your table impossible. Overall, my partner and I go here often. When you find your items you enjoy on the menu, it’s nice to know they are always there to have. My personal favourite pizza is the pierogies pizza, and cactus cut fries, nacho style.

10/10 would recommend. I'm sooooo impressed with the new menu options! :) I shared a veggie pizza with their new VEGAN cheese and it was soooo good! For my meal I ordered the VEGAN power bowl and WOW it was so delicious and healthy!! Boston Pizza is NOW by far the most vegan friendly option in Fort Frances! I'd highly recommend if you're vegan or not ! :D Sorry no pics too excited to eat.

Don’t bother placing a delivery order from this place.. Made a phone call for a delivery order at 7:40 on a Sunday night for two items , both being appetizers. Was told that it would be around an hour wait, which I was fine with. Called back at 9:00 wondering where the food was , to be told it was on the way , *note* I live 3 minutes away from Boston Pizza. Waited till 9:40, still haven’t seen the food, called back again to be told by the manager that they never wrote my address down and they would take off money and send it out asap. Finally 10:10 comes around, two and a half hours after making the initial call, to get only a measly $4 off the order total, and on top of that after the whole wait the whole order was incorrect. Nice job BP ????????

Looking for a place to grab a bite to eat proved to be tough on a Friday so 3 stars for getting us in but the wait time was suuuuuuuper long. 3 of us ordered wings and it took easily at least 45 minutes for them to come out. The Boston Bellini was amazing. The waiter told me it was gonna rain and me and my friends insisted on sitting outside.. then it rained and then they found us somewhere to sit inside, they were so nice about it. We ordered a good portion of the menu, all the food was hot and delicious, the dips are incredible. I'd order the calamari again but it was honestly little squids in it. So cool and gross and I ate them.

The Boston Pizza lunch specials are limited to only a handful of $10 items including six different types of pizza and a few sandwich specials. However the lunch hour service was excellent and the food came in under 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend this as a quick in and out spot for a sit-down lunch.

My 24 wing order was short 4 wings. Then when I brought it up rather than send more or even apologize I was made to feel as if I was full of it. The first woman I talked to told me another order on the way. Then get called back by another woman who is questioning me. Like sorry but I dont need to be interrogated over my food order. I told her you know what just keep it and I won't order agian. And she said great and hung up. Real professional. Not only has this experience tainted bp for me at this location. I dont feel like I wanna go there anymore all together .

As our visit was to sample the area craft beers, we were disappointed that server didnt have clear knowledge of beer offerings. I took out my two grandchildren for a celebration supper and Unfortunately we had a bad experience. After my grandson drank some of his chocolate milk there was 3 Lil bugs in his cup. After leaving there and thinking about it more, I sure hope my grandson will be ok. Only consolation was we were offered two free kids meals. Not feeling good about this

My family and I are highly impressed with the quality of both food and customer service. We placed an order for delivery and received our food before the ETA. Upon arrival we noticed a mistake was made which resulted in us not getting our chicken that we had ordered. Without hesitation our delivery lady phoned us bad apologizing profusely for the mistake and immediately drove back (across town) with our chicken. We appreciate such honesty and high quality customer care that we gave her an extra tip for all the trouble that she went through to make sure her customers were fully taken care of and satisfied. With such caring staff it’s a shame other restaurants can’t keep up with the quality of this establishments employees. Thanks again for the staff who make this restaurant great, we will be returning shortly with our business????

Server wasn't very welcoming. Chewing wad of gum. Had to request a coffee refill. The ice water served had four tiny cubes of ice which melted within five minutes. The booth we were seated in had a big tear in the seat with the stuffing exposed. That booth has been in that condition for a long time. A little duct tape please. Another booth had seat cover issues. Not impressed!!!

Went there yesterday evening, at around 5pm, with my parents. The four waitresses couldn't figure out where to seat us, despite at least two booths being visible from the main entrance. When we were seated, it took a little while to get our menus and drinks, maybe 20 minutes. After that, took over 40 minutes to get our food. I had the BBQ burger meal, mom had French onion soup, and dad had the soup of the day (which was the Italian wedding). My food was warm, as was my mom's. Dad's was cold. The waitress took it back without hesitation, and dad got his soup back. It was warm that time. The waitress said that the soup wasn't warm because the boiler wasn't working correctly, or something like that. Disheartening, for a number of reasons. It's a new restaurant, so you would think that their equipment would be in working order. Also, one would expect a restaurant would take better care of the temperature of the food they're serving The food should be piping hot if you're waiting a long time for it. The food itself was OK. My burger was tasty, and the fries were done well. The soups were OK, if salty. Quite expensive for the portions, though. The wait staff were friendly, but they never checked up on us through our visit. It would have been nice if they offered a refill on the water, or to offer an explanation for the wait time. I appreciate that they were busy, but I've seen more efficient work done with fewer wait staff. Again, I realize it's a new restaurant. They are working out kinks, but I expected more from a national chain.

We came in to Ft Francis from the US to visit family. We are Canadians working and living in Texas. We went to the restaurant because it was pet friendly on their patio. Restaurants who are not should reconsider since COVID has changed how we live our lives and many people have adopted dogs since it’s inception for companions during seclusion. The staff at this location were amazing. They truly loved our dog and gave him water with ice when we sat down. There paid him the attention he loves while taking our order no their service was overall amazing!!! The hostess was also very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and I highly recommend this location to anyone!

people taking orders on the phone should explain menu items to people when ordering. I wanted a mear pizza on cauliflower crust. I was told it was $9,95 and it costed me over $16. there was only pepperoni on it. after I paid and got back to my Hotel and called then was told they could only put pepperoni on a cauliflower crust. your competitors put more than pepperoni. it seemed like regular crust as well. thanks anyway.

Excellent food and service! We had Thai shrimp bites for an appetizer...sweet and spicy...just right. I had the El Dorado pizza and my wife had Jambalaya pasta for mains. Both were really good...the pizza was actually one of the best I have had. Server was courteous and knowledgeable.

I've been to many Boston Pizza's all over the eastern part of Canada and this has been by far my favorite to date. The server was very friendly and had many funny jokes that my whole family enjoyed. Great place to watch sports.

The service is good, their garlic fingers tasted odd, pretty sure they weren't fully cooked. I tried one of their drinks, and it was just as well if i was drinking ice water.

Allergy alert!!!!! First and only time ordering from them I was horrified at their negligence. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and they came with a completely messed up pizza sent it back and second one had hidden mushrooms. The cooks went to make a delux then simply picked off the mushrooms. That's dangerous, they left some behind too and I have a mushroom allergy. They kept offering me another meal at another time but no thanks! You can't pick something off and think it's safe. Very disappointed I was looking forward to trying their pizza since I'd had it before in Halifax and it was so good. I'll just accept my refund and stick to my regular pizza place

Atmosphere was fantastic for our meeting and service outstanding. You can tell the staff are focused on their guest. The table had a variety of items from the menu, all of which were delicious. The pastas at this location are amazing...really impressed given the experiences we had at other restaurants in Fort Frances. Highly recommend.

Great food, usually great service. Food is a little pricey compared to similar resultants in town but the serving sizes are generous. I had one issue with service quality but the management dealt with the issue quickly.
