Yesterday i bought meat, so bad,and smelly. My son vomited several times!! Customer service was very rude, did not give me my meat piece I wanted. Manager was awful. Nobody go here. MEAT WAS ROTTEN.

Great little shop for Meat and Pakistani/Indian/Afghan food items. The gentleman behind the counter at the meat section is very helpful. Their prices are reasonable given that there isn't any other comparable shop around and they have a wide variety of meat cuts and cooking items in stock. On a side note, the place is a bit cluttered. There looks like an old kitchen in the front of the shop which makes it harder to get to some of the items there. It needs a little bit of organizations which could open up the space more and make it more accessible for customers.

Ridiculously negligent. I've only been been here thrice and 2 out of 3 times they made my order wrong. Both times the order was ironically made by the owner Saleem. The last time I was there I placed an order with Saleem over the phone for pickup in half an hour. Upon getting there 40 mins later, Saleem wasn't there and the other person working had no clue about my order neither could he make it right there and then in the quantity I placed the initial order for. I'd rather spend money on supporting local businesses that know what they're doing and don't treat their customers with gross incompetence.

Bad customer service, there is barely anyone in the front and keeping me waiting in the cash too long. The employees aren't nice to customers. I told the manager or owner to stop taking too long, and they said "well if you dont like to wait, then you dont have to be here". I'm trying other places, this is not good.

Great store managed by honest generous owners. Theres many sales on grocery like the vegetables and fruits. Theres also desi tea you can buy, very tasty. I buy grocery and meat here and it is good, always fresh and price is very low compared to other shops I went to . I like the marinated meat chicken products. The grocery is also reasonable price. I highly recommend buying from this store, as the meat is good quality and the owners and employees are very honest and amazing. They treated me and the other customers who were also shopping in a very kind manner . They don't cheat on customers on the prices and provide fast customer service . knowledgable, helpful owners / employees. I shall shop here for all of my grocery and meat.

Watan Supermarket: One of the best store I have been in, last week we went to purchase only few pounds of meat, and found out that they are not only selling meat product, but they have lots of other items that is hard to find. Customer service was one of a kind, very friendly and helpful, only thing that they need more help in staff, but it was well worth it to wait. The owner or manager was extremely friendly and kind to our kids and treated us like we wanted. I advise anyone to go there and see it themselves. The ice cream was one of the best we had, normally it is only Vanilla and chocolate, but they had Mango soft serve ice cream, which was the best we have had. Thank you Watan supermarket, I will let my family to come and visit you. Very clean and very fresh products.

Some food items are expired and they don't bother to replace them. I bought chickpees and found smelly, later i bought Salty nimko in 2018 and that was expired in 2017????. I bought them for my kids and you know sometimes our kids pick them up from shelves and as parents we pay directly to the cash counter and don't check expiry date but fortnately we checked the expiry when my daughter gave it to me to open the packet and I read the expiry by chance.
