Been taking our wild game here for about 5 years now but will definitely be looking elsewhere next year. First year was great but ever since then all our orders have had mistakes. This year my tenderloins are missing and I was told they probably got mixed in with my ground!? Last year they made me the wrong sausage and year before that my ground never got mixed with pork as requested. I also was called couple weeks later as they missed giving me one of my boxes when I picked up. This years deer was an average size buck and I recieved minimal meat back... With the amount of pork that was added to the ground the numbers just don't add up. Seems they are in rush and alot of meat is being wasted instead of being trimmed off.

High quality products and lots of selection. They carry fresh or frozen beef, pork and chicken as well as grocery items like house made BBQ sauces and cheeses. For the hunters they offer custom processing of game. Great smoked meats including arctic char and smoked bacon. House made lunch meats available. Convenient to just drop in and pick something up for dinner, a BBQ, or a road snack if you're travelling. Try the taco stix pepperettes, northern Alberta beef jerky, and jalapeno basil chicken sausages.

I have not had many butcher experiences but since we moved out this way the team at Timothy's takes care of us ! The meat packs are great value , the beef jerky is awesome and when ever I need a certain cut they always seem to either have it or get it in stock really enjoy supporting these guys.

Brought in a buck for cuts, burgers, smokies and pepperttes. Burgers melt in your mouth off the bbq, the sweet and spicy pepperoni sticks are amazing and the smokies are perfect. Well done!
