Small but very organized and clean shop. Employees were professional and friendly. What I liked the best was their efficiency and expertise in thier field. I normally go to a meat shop and wait for atleast 45 mins to hour and half to get my meat cut, but with these guys I was done within 15 mins and they pack your meat as per your requirement. Definitely going back to these guys, highly recommended.

I'm sorry, under the new management the customer experience has dramatically declined. There is a terrible smell as soon as you enter the store despite having both the front and back doors open. Customer service is lacking too. These are two reasons we chose to take our business elsewhere after being long time, loyal customers.

Staff are unprofessional and a bit rude. Today, I was paying for a separate order alongside my Mom and the cashier asked me "How are you letting your Mom pay for her own order?". I was quite confused at this statement, as it was my second time entering this store. Frankly he needs to mind his own business. Secondly, my Mom was double checking for the recipet. After letting her know that it was attached to the items, he remarked In a rude tone "We can provide you with another receipt as well if that isn't sufficient enough". Having quality meat isn't enough to run a successful business. You need to treat customers with respect and maintain professionalism in interactions. Extremely disappointed.

Best butcher shop in all of GTA! Meat is always the best quality and always FRESH ! The butchers are exceptionally FRIENDLY and the shop is always clean as well! Been coming here for the past 10 years and even though I now have moved out of the area , I drive 40 minutes to especially pick up my stock or meat for the week from these guys! Delicious selection of meat and always professional. The workers cutting the meat are right and center in front of the customers. Some find that gross, but I can appreciate the transparency that Minha Halal offers. You know they are taking the right safety precautions. Make sure to try their chicken mince!

New management very unprofessional and make delivery promises they can't keep. Very unprofessional to make the customer wait for the delivery then promise it will arrive next morning only to dissappear again. Very unreliable. Was only buying meat from here for the last 3 years but now will go elsewhere. As a response to your reply, you called me on Monday when you promised to deliver meat on Thursday and then friday morning as you failed to deliver thursday evening. I needed meat for friday as I had family coming for dinner, and had already purchased it from elsewhere naturally. if deliveries are after 8pm then why make promises to deliver 10 am next morning? Also, why dispose the meat, wouldn't a better option be to put it in the freezer?

I never use the same cutting board for chicken and beef at the same time, this butchery does I don't know why!? I specifically asked for good quality regardless of the price; I've also asked to remove any membranes for skewers and this is what I got (see images). Never going back.
