Fantastic environment, great food. The pizza is pretty standard, so I'd recommend getting something else. Burger was fantastic and the cuban was also on point. Cocktail, beer and wine selection is great. They run a bit differently than other places... when you first order you'll open a tab and you keep the number on your table until you pay your tab.

I've been to a few open kitchen restaurants, and it's always been nice to see the food being made, but I'd never been to one where I was able to speak with the chef over the course of our visit. Part of that was because we got great seats, but it was incredibly special. The rest of our service was also much warmer and friendlier than I'd expected from a restaurant of their calibre. And the burger was the best I've had in Louisville in years.

The kind of place you want to go every week. Great seasonal menu, awesome staff. Chef’s skill with the wood fired oven and grill = tasty food. Great seasoning on every dish - every time I’ve eaten here.

Went to buy some Ground Beef and found some good buys. Delicious looking Brisket, Ribeye, etc. Going to do some yummy grilling. The people are friendly & helpful. It's a little pricey but so worth it! Enjoy!

Been here twice and each time it has been fantastic. Tonight I had the pimento cheese + pepper jelly appetizer, a perfectly cooked pork chop, and finally the lemon raspberry tart. 20/10 would do it again.

Excellent service, great food. Portions were generous and fairly priced. A great cocktail selection. They have a butcher shop attached to the restaurant, which felt very old timey and European! At the same time the restaurant itself was laidback and modern. I see they have a very nice patio as well with a very long table. I would love to go back!

They serving staff at the restaurant side is very friendly, and very helpful. Being blind they did not have a braille menu, but my server read the menu to me to tell me what they have. On the butcher shop side the people there know what they are talking about and are very helpful. Can't wait to see how my beef bacon turns out.

Awesome food! Wow the cheese dip was one of the best our family had eaten! We would love for the owner to sell his speciality spice rubbed that side put on the cheese dip and pizza! This place is outstanding!!

Great food, unique experience. I'll come here again. Love the atmosphere, and the gift shop section allows you to purchase something to cook/eat at home. Your paying for quality, so don't expect fast food prices or fast food quality. The rosemary lemonade was real refreshing and not something I've had the pleasure to see anywhere else, if you like rosemary you'll like this lemonade!

I ordered a turkey sandwich that was very good. May have been better with a chipotle mayo. My wife was not happy with her Caesar Salad with Chicken. Almost no cheese, pretty lite on the dressing. Fries were just ok.
