Although they are known for their high quality cuts of meat, the NY Butcher Shoppe has some of the best sandwiches in the area. They have a few standard options, or you can create your own. They are all made with Boars Head meats and fresh toppings. Each sandwich comes with a bag of chips and are competitively priced with other lunch/sandwich options in the area.

Went in for New York skinny sausage rings. Found them in the freezer. Made them Sunday in the Electric Fry pan. They were delicious. Hope to get more for the 4th. The Staff are welcoming and Knowledgeable. A great place to shop for beautiful meat.

The prices are insane for a sort of real butcher shop since most everything is pre-packaged. I think $16 for a pound of pre-packaged bacon is very high. Wont go back.

Great sandwiches, a true hidden gem in Ponte Vedra! Grab one before the beach, you won't be sorry..fresh, and delicious. You may think you are in NY or Miami. Pre made dinners and sides also, are outstanding if you need help at dinner time

We love New York Butcher. There is no other place locally to get your cuts! We love the Prime Rib Eyes. They age the meat just right, and the flavor really shines compared to a normal store bought Prime cut. They also have awesome pre-made meals that are super easy to throw in the oven last minute. Meatballs, pasta dishes, mac and cheese just to name a few. You would be hard pressed to find something in the store that wasn't hand selected to be of the utmost quality.

This used to be my go-to butcher shop for all my meats to smoke and prepped dinners for my family. Sad to say over last several months both quality and service have dropped significantly and NOT related to Covid. First my whole family got violently sick after eating their prepared beef stroganoff. Next they basically stopped packing their prepared Shepherd's Pie with ground beef and all you get is a bunch of mashed potatoes. Last straw was guy named Zach was very rude on the phone when I was trying to purchase a brined turkey for Thanksgiving, which I have done for the past 5 years! I will now be taking my business to Tillman's Meats!

Finally went in to check this place out. The selection was okay but wow the prices were outrageous. $28.99lb for ribeye? $19.99lb for St. Louis Ribs? Unfortunately did not serve anything fresh and only had Boar's Head cold cuts. Lots of prepared frozen meals and soups. A bummer

Not only do they have a great selection of top shelf meat, but they have sides and pre made meals that are just as good. The best part about the shop is their sandwiches, hands down the best in Jax, let alone Ponte Vedra.
