The entrance to the place feels a little unsafe, it comes up quickly. Maybe because of snow and it being winter, the parking lines weren't very visible. But once you are in, its a nice and clean interior. People were very friendly, and helpful. I love the prices. I saved 50% off of whole chicken price, and to top that off the chicken was already marinated. So it saved me some work as well. Its definitely worth the drive.

I generally have a good experience when I visit this location but I recently had a bad one when the Store Manager DEBBIE was very rude with us. We were looking to buy some already made chicken and wedges but the "small" pieces weren't ready and the wait time was 10 minutes. We asked if they can supply what they had ready and they were unwilling. For the amount of time I have shopped here, I believe this to be very inconsiderate

The employees are very nice most of the time but today when I was at maple lodge, the employees were trying to rush us, we were trying to look at the menu/catalog and while we were thinking on what to take, the employees were rushing us by saying if we will have 1 bill or 2 separate bills. We were not ready to order What we wanted but they kept on asking. They kept on asking while we were deciding if we should have separate bills. Anyways the store is a great place to shop but sometimes there are some mean employees.

Purchased chicken by the case a while back-- noticed a ton of liquid at the bottom of the box. The chicken legs were big though, at least until I cooked it. It shriveled up like you wouldn't believe. I later did research to see they may be injecting with a saline liquid to plump it up, which also adds to the weight. Not cool. Never again!

They don't answer their phone. I wanted to check with them if they had the product is stock. Called over 20 times no one picked up. Had to drive all the way their to find out it wasn't in stalk. When i asked the lady on the counter she tells me we are super busy told me to call in the next day when they open to check stalk they still won't pick up the phone. You guys are a huge company please hire more people to answer phones. You guys are located pretty far from anything its a pain driving all that way for no reason.

This is a great place for chicken. The processing plant is next door. They have different specials on all the time. This week was 5kg of chicken quarters for $18.00. you can't beat the price anywhere. They also offer halal if that's your thing. Not sure if it is organic or not. The staff are very helpful and approachable. Will come back for pultry needs.

And I have been coming here for about 10 years or so. The bulk selection ( in the back lot inside the trailer ) is fantastic. The prices are ULTRA competitive and you have enough supply for months etc. The selection for their bulk purchases are extensive. I see so many retailers and restauranteurs ( I am assuming ) come here for their chicken products because I sometimes see them load up boxes and boxes...mind you...some of the boxes are 25KG or 50KG !!! So they are massive. If I buy 25KG of chicken breasts ( no bone ). This will last me between 6-12 months. Thank goodness I have two freezers at home. They also have prepared foods inside the shop. Their fried chicken even won top spot in the category of fried chicken in the inBrampton Top 5 section. They also have amazing potato wedges and rotisserie chicken etc. Simply put...if you like chicken products whether is is just run of the mill or Halal, then this is the place for you. The staff here has always been helpful and cheerful. So kudos to them. Check them out.

Well they are not answering the phone that's very frustrating at this moment of time when locked down is in place. I had to drive towards them twice to find out the chicken I am looking for is out of stock. It could be avoided if they answered the phone. Telling customers they are super busy is not a excuse at all. I don’t understand why anyone would come here? The prices are the same if not higher then the grocery store. And they are dramatically more expensive than Costco And there is no advantage to chicken quality. It’s the same mass slaughtered stuff you buy anywhere else 4 kg of boneless skinless breast Is $24 at Costco. It’s $38 here I bought chicken wings at $1.98 a pound last week at TNT supermarket... here it is $4.41 a pound. So how is this a factory outlet? Other then it’s beside the factory?
