This is hands-down the best butcher in the Niagara region. Tastiest bacon I've ever bought. Everything is excellent - beef, poultry, pork, fish, prepared meals, but don't leave without a few sausages - Tuscan, Hot Italian and Hungarian are my favourites.

I love the fresh ingredients used at Churchill natural meats. The range of store made items for bbq season is wonderful; check out the showcase and the ready to cook prepackaged meals in the refrigerator!

Bought a piece of steak from here at the St. Catharines market. It was completely inedible due to the amount of gristle running through. Dissappinted that they sold us such a crummy cut.

Simply the very best in hormone and antibiotic free meat. - Love the bison, wild boar - Free Run chicken and grass fed beef cuts. - Especially recommend the Wild Boar Sausage - Ostrich and Gator....- Oh Yeah - It's GOOD! Thanks for being such a great part of our community.

Tried for the first time after we received a gift certificate. The honey garlic sausages were o.k. but the London Broils which we bought for a dinner party were soooo tough, couldn't chew, grizzly! We were very so embarrassed as were our dinner guests. We will not return to Churchill's nor will our guests. We do not recommend them.

The meat here is like nothing else we've ever tasted! Steak...unbelievable taste. Very high quality meat shop. Much variety too, duck and chicken eggs, home made jerky (which is fantastic),even grass fed butter, marinated meats and poultry.....much more. We do not live close, but we have made it a priority to buy our meat there. Our health is worth it, especially since we know we are not getting all those hormones in the meat which interferes with our own hormone functions and for me, that really matters. It makes us feel better knowing the animals have been treated humanely in their lives. Yes, it costs more, but we eat less of it. Most people overeat meat. The staff is also extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and that makes the visit pleasurable.

I just love their products; the choice of fresh made sausages are awesome. I just miss them from not being at the Niagara Falls YMCA vegetable market. But I still make an effort of driving to their store.

Best steaks I've found in Niagara region. The only butcher I've seen that dry age their steaks and the taste speaks for itself, better then the keg. All their products are high quality meat and hormone free, the price reflects it though. Overall id say if buying steaks come here and you wont be disappointed.
