This "meat" store is like a dream come true. Excellent cuts of meat, good specials, great frozen section including all the appies delights:meat pies, fruit pies and Birchwood Dairy ice cream. Excellent service with a smile. Wow! It appears I like this place......

Don't get me wrong I love this place; the quality is second to none but you pay for that; here is my issue. I went in today and bought a whole tenderloin for $132.00 and some other items totalling $196.00; when I got home I noticed that I had a charge for cutting and wrapping my tenderloin $4.17.00, I know that's not all the money in the world but considering what I spent you would think they could cut and wrap it without charge? I spend a lot of money in this store and this just rubbed me the wrong way. Just to update my review, I was contacted and this matter was handled in a very professional manner so my review was updated to five stars, a very professional business that showed that customer service is a priority.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I shop here every week, all the the staff are very helpful and very very kind. Everyone wants to help and give you the best service they possible can. I want to give a special thanks to Hannah, and Terry- they went over and above all expectations to help me mom and I inquiring about different cuts of meat. Hannah is always so helpful and cheerful, and Terry is very kind and very funny. He will always come help explain different meats if you have any questions about them! Went in to get prime rib. Asked if it could be cut in to steaks. They charged me $33 per kg instead of the $31.07 that was the listed price. When I asked why it was more they said because they had to cut it. Cost me an extra $10 for them to cut 7 steaks in 3 minutes. When you are dropping $130 on a roast you would hope the 3 minutes of work would be complimentary like it is at my regular grocery store Safeway.

We absolutely love Fraser Valley Meats. We've been shopping there for many many years, and the quality has always been really solid. With the relatively new location, they've stepped up their game even more. It's great that they now carry grass raised/grass finished beef, but even their regular stock is great... Knowing it's decently raised livestock coming from medium sized producers (not from large scale factory farming) makes us feel good about having them as a cornerstone of our shopping trips. The staff is always lovely and helpful, and access to the butchers is always an option if you have more questions or custom cut requests. Keep up the good work, you guys.

This place is amazing from deals on beef to deals on chicken to pork deals and spicing and packaged Foods everything people in Chilliwack don't shop at this place they're spending too much money everywhere else there beef jerky is very thin very flat more like a sheet than a trunk but OMG is freaking awesome and their honey garlic pepperoni and they're damn hot pepperoni is unbelievable shop there I do every time I go through there oh and garlic oils to die for.

I do not recommend this place. They are rude. My family and I went to get some beef several months ago. They do not even serve me nor my wife. I had just gone out with my daughters while my wife tried to communicate with them. She was rejected to be served. There was no manager there so that I could not even complain. I told my daughters to remember this place and these people and never come back. It took several months for me to calm down and writing down this. I do not recommend this place.

Great store for all your meat choices. Staff are always super helpful, and very flexible on packing/serving your meat so its a very personal service. Quality is excellent and prices are very competitive against grocery stores. Looking forward to the new bigger store coming soon! (Apparently with a bakery and veggie department!)

Seriously the best place in town to get anything Meats. They butcher and package in house. The attention to details really shows when your cooking the meat they have cut up. All of the staff at the counter are so helpful and friendly. My recent order that Katelyn put together was perfect. So friendly and helpful. This is one place that we look forward to going to when doing our grocery shopping.

Alittle expensive and the steaks sometimes seem worse quality then chain grocery stores. Also if you get roast beef at the deli it's not"roast beef" it's California style roast beef apparently which is like corned beef or pastrami

I can't always get to Costco for my meat, plus Costco sells more limited cuts. So now that I've found RVM I'm very happy with their meat and service. The tomahawk pork chops and ground chuck both cooked up great. I can no longer eat anyone else's ground chuck as the flavour is superior; so I now plan to buy their chuck roast as well for stews and roasts.

Decent products, horrible neighbours. Completely inconsiderate of the fact they are in a residential area and are always making noise outside of bylaw times. Wish they would think about the people around them, I’ve even stopped shopping here due to this, and it’s sad that I have to call bylaw on them in the first place when they should be thinking about their neighbours! As a business, you should be aware of the noise restrictions and considerate of the essential workers living here.

October 18, 2019 The electronic advertising sign on the northeast corner of their property is advertising that lean ground beef is $3.49 a pound. This is false advertising, or at the very least misleading. When you go into the store it is actually $4.49 a pound. If you buy 10 pounds of lean ground then you get the $3.49 per pound price. Definitely misleading! I expected a higher caliber of ethics from this store than what is being displayed.

My favourite butcher shop in the valley for the combination or selection, quality and price. You can find better meat at some butchers, but you'll pay twice as much. Staff is great... They are courteous, knowledgeable and they can take care of their customers quickly and with a smile (usually ;-) ). They get their meat from medium sized producers, generally, so you aren't supporting the huge feed lots, which are horrible for the animals, the environment and for you. Support local and don't buy your meat from the large grocers... Buy from these guys, or one of the other local run butchers in the valley. I live in Harrison now, but still make my weekly meat runs to Chilliwack to Fraser Valley Meats. Keep up the good work, guys!
