First impression: This butcher shop is CLEAN! The place sparkles.They raise their own cattle locally and have every cut, and their made-in-house chorizo is fantastic. You'll also find your beans, tortillas, sauce etc, as well as their own wieners and pepperoni sticks. They also offer bulk meat selections.

Went in this morning and although the shop was clean it smelt awful. Never smelt a butcher shop like that before. We paid $54 for four 1 inch thick boneless ribeye steak. Unfortunately it was awful. We smoked it and it was very fatty and tough. Had a odd smell to it too. Ended up feeding our dogs a very expensive dinner. Won’t go to this butcher again. I’ve had better steak from Walmart.

Just picked up some burger patties today, grass fed beef. Just finished BBQ the burgers and they tasted great. The prices here are excellent, the ground beef is actually cheaper than the grocery store and this beef is a much better quality than what you would find at the grocery store. I will be returning again for sure, possibly going to try the sausage next, they had a few varieties by what I saw. Leamington needs more places like this.

We love this butcher shop!! It's local family owned, true farm to table shopping. They have a beautifully clean carniceria, very friendly staff & the freshest, best beef and pork available. We only buy chicken from the grocery anymore.

Yesterday I went to buy some steaks, really, they are the best I have eaten here in leamington, my family who came from Spain ate them, and asked me to take them to the owner, to ask them what they feed their animals. The owner not only answered his questions, but also took them on a tour to his ranch, and showed him how they fed their animals. I don't really think there is another butcher of the quality of this, and the organic way they do it. I would recommend that you go to try this meat, for your health, since now at other places and ranchs they put hormones and implants to make them grow faster. Congratulations Mr Ordonez
