If I could give 0 stars I would! I booked a beef in the fall to be killed this week. I didn't have any cows lined up for the week so I gave my spot to a good friend who could use it. I called ahead to let them know my friend would be taking me spot. When my friend went to drop off their cow for processing they were turned away because their physical name was not on the book. During these times where getting an animal processed is very difficult with weight times, this is beyond unprofessional. Make the trip to Highgate instead!

Had a quarter beef being cut and wrapped and they didn’t even come close to the instruction I gave. Was offered to switch it out for patties… didn’t order patties?.. last time dealing with them (last years order wasn’t much better but thought it was a one off… nope!)
