I love bulk barn! My family will cross the border just to visit bulk barn for an assortment of candies. I know it is probably run of the mill bulk food store for most, but I can't wait for the borders to re-open so I can visit again soon. The workers were always so friendly. :)

I've wanted to call in advance, before making a trip to make sure you carried something. Everytime I try, your phone is busy, and not jusr for a few minutes. Multiple attempts over hours. Obviously off the hook and not good business ethics. Smarten up!

Disappointed by level of customer service by Chatham Bulk Barn. Today a customer ahead of me had large purchase and just needed a couple packages of gift wrap baggies rung in separately since for charity event and cashier told her she had to go to end of line. Even fast food drive thrus do separate orders. Then separate cashier number 111 older lady rung through my stuff and my mistake I forgot to tell her I had a coupon. She told me she would have to refund and re-do and I asked if she could since coupon was the whole reason I stopped there. She proceeded to roll her eyes and tossed my stuff on scale out of frustration. Very unprofessional of her and not a customer friendly rule to make a customer go to the end of the line to make separate purchase. Company would rather lose a sale than take the 30 seconds to ring in more sales. Very disappointing the level of customer service that was given today. Will think twice about shopping there if that is how it is going to be.

I love Bulk Barn. I can bring my reusable containers. They weigh them and I go shopping to fill them up and then they subtract the weight of the container from the weight. Great customer service. They have great deals all the time. Even sometimes have deals for those that bring their own containers. I even get my bar soap here as well.
