Listen if you're looking for restaurant quality steaks man this is IT. Picture's worth a thousand words. What you see here is a nice delicious dry aged rib steak my friends. Steaks from Costco just don't cut it anymore

These guys are awesome, their meat is great quality and the butchery was really clean and neat. I've tried them a few times, I really enjoyed the new York strip and the Korean style short ribs.
