OK, Ok, i got 2 pieces of Rib eye. Unreal quality. I unfortunately slightly over cooked it on a cast iron grill, but the quality is so amazing that it was still very tender and juicy. Can I put a 6th star?

Friendly, helpful and courteous owner. From a quick glance I can tell there is a lot of variety to discover there for those who like to try new things. The rich old-style ambiance is cozy and welcoming. I bought some beef suet that I will turn into tallow in a slow cooker to replace vegetable oils which will be much healthier and have a higher smoke point of 400f meaning it will oxidize much less, allowing for searing steak in a healthier fashion. The owner said the suet I bought is from beef that is grass-fed. However, I have come to discover that grass-fed beef fat should have a dark to light yellow hue to it. This fat is white and pink, therefore it can be concluded that if it was fed some grass, it was probably not for a long time or not much of it, so I am disappointed that he would claim it is grass-fed and charged me something like 9.45 a kilo when most butcher shops actually throw away these fat trims. I've included some pictures of the suet I cut into pieces for anyone that cares. It tastes fine though.
