I have eaten souvlakia in different places in the world (I even tried to order them in a Japanese restaurant in SF!) but other than eating them in Greece in a small restaurant by the beach, these are absolutely the best. They may even be better than the ones in Greece but Greece wins for view. Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for authentic Greek souvlaki to make at home, go here. No one else can match Mr. George. He's also incredibly nice (big bonus for an older Greek man ????). Its also a butcher shop, obviously, and he'll cut everything fresh for you. Nothing pre-packaged here. 6 ???? on 5.
