Not exactly what I expected for a butcher shop, more like marinated meats, steaks etc. Prices good but not sure of quality of meat, on par with grocery chains.

So that will make you less ..." .... they warn us well no surprise ... the 3 lbs roasts are too big at the same time ... no problem he cut them in 2 ... steak too thick for me? No problem we can make them thinner and that makes me a little more in the same piece of meat ... just specify your tastes and answer their questions when ordering and you will have exactly what you want. And I also appreciate the fact that we can see the workplace well, it gives us a good idea of how they operate and if we have any questions the owner of the least I think it's him, will be able to answer you well and reassured you. I don't care about the quality and handling. (Original) Ca fait quelques années que je fait affaire avec eux de facon plus ou moin sporadique car mange moin de viande. Par contre le bon service et la qualitée on toujours été au rendez-vous. La viande peu être un peu plus cher qu'à l'épicerie mais vous y êtes quand même gangant à l'achat car meilleurs qualité et contrôle, perte minimes si il y en as. En plus pour les budget il y a des "menu" de boite de viande à prix pré-fixer qui sont très varié pour les goût et les coûts. Des échanges ( du moin encore fesable la dernière fois que j'y suis allé) du genre: " excuser moi monsieur j'aimerais changer mon porc pour plus de poitrine de poulet est-ce possible?" Rép: " oui on peut le faire mais je dois vous avertir que l'échange se fait à partir du prix du coût de la viande et non au poid. Donc ca vous en fera moin..."....ils nous avertissent bien pas de surprise...les rôtie de 3 lbs sont trop gros à la fois...pas de problèmes il me les coupent en 2...steak trop épais pour moi? Pas grave on peu me les faires plus mince et ca m'en fait un peu plus dans la même pièce de viande....juste à bien préciser vos goût et bien répondre à leurs questions lors de vos commandes et vous aurez exactement ce que vous voulez. Et j'apprécie aussi le fait qu'on voit bien la place de travail, ca nous donne une bonne idée du comment ils procèdent et si on as des questions le propriétaire du moin je pense que c'est lui, saura bien vous répondre et vous rassuré. Je ne m'inquiète pas pour la qualité et la manipulation.
