(Translated) I work in a store near this excellent butcher's shop and decided to stop by before starting my day. I asked for the Australian Wagyu beef and wow because I wanted to treat myself. Rather than paying 50+ and over for lower quality beef at a restaurant near my home, I prefer to encourage people who work hard and offer great produce at good prices. Their Australian strip loin is well worth its price, the marbling is present and the taste is impeccable. My only regret, if I can say it is, is that I wish I had more cuts like ribeye or filet mignon. Maybe later? In short, I will go back there very soon because it is the best butcher's shop in the region !! J'ai demandé le boeuf Wagyu australien et wow car j'avais envie de me faire plaisir. Plutôt que de payer 50+ et plus pour du boeuf de moindre qualité dans un restaurant proche de chez moi, je préfère encourager des gens qui travaillent fort et qui offrent d'excellents produits à bons prix. Leur contrefilet australien vaut amplement son prix, le persillage est présent et le goût est irréprochable. Mon seul regret, si je peux dire que c'en est un, c'est que je souhaiterais avoir davantage de coupes comme le ribeye ou le filet mignon. Plus tard peut-être? Bref, j'y retournerai très prochainement car c'est la meilleure boucherie dans la région!!

You cannot trust them. I asked if the turkey I bought came from Choquette Dindons of St Paul Abbotsford. They assured me it did. We ate it and it was definitely not from Choquette. I called Choquette’s this morning and they told me they only supply this butcher during Christmas and Thanksgiving. I will never go there again because when I suits them, they will lie.
