So far I have made two of the dry packaged Tilly's Galley Easy Gourmet Meals, both are soups and both are delicious: Potato Leek and Manhattan Chowder. With the chowder I substituted the milk for water and added the optional canned baby clams. To me, this is Manhattan style as canned diced tomatoes are also required.
