Consistent but regular prices run a bit high . If you shop flyers and use the Daily Deal you can save money. Watch for $1.49 days. Staff has always been willing to help and cheerful.

At the time it was a great place to visit! Like any grocery store, they've got their limits & what they have on hand! Coming into the store you've got the lottery/information counter! Make sure to buy your lottery ticket! From there it's produce to Dairy, and then the different types of foods from within Canada to overseas! Then there's the Chinese restaurant built into the grocery store where you can buy yourself a quick bite to a full meal for the family! They also have a bakery for those birthday cakes, to pastries! Also a cheese & meat deli, from cold cuts to chicken wings already cooked! To even Mojo's (1/4 cut potatoes) - deep fried

A REAL community minded grocery store. It's a nice size for CR!! Try to avoid late afternoons (after school / work hours)....it's quite busy, especially in the parking lot!! QF has special SALE days / an app/ a neat Discount Swiper for members (EASY!) and lots of Manager's Specials. Oh, then, you can SHOP with your points at A Step Above!! Unfortunately, we don't have space for that whole store, BUT it's a treat to drive 40 mins South, and go to Courtenay or Comox. OR, when you're in Qualicum, go there!! We LOVE QF!! Friendly Checkers, too!!

I always enjoyed Quality Foods as a grocer, but the dog food they serve as Chinese food in the back isn't worth the money. The woman who runs the trough has zero customer service skills and was so rude to everyone standing there waiting to give them money for there cold slop. The prices are the same as some of the great places in town just order out.

I love this store. They are a bit more expensive then walmart is but the quality pays for itself here. They have daily happy hour specials and at least 1 1.49$ day every month. Our household often fills our fridge and cubbords easily with their manager sales and deals. They also have s great deli department and the Chinese food in back is some of the best in campbell river. It's definitely worth a look in here if your not s regular. :)

I like QF for their fruit selection and their non standard goods. They always have something which I have to try since I hadn't seen before like hybridized specialty fruits and veggies. Their prices are a little higher but that is from being a more local option vs big stores.

Nice clean store. Produce is always fresh and looks good. You always get a daily appy special that's reduced. You can always use your daily special towards an item and get discounts up to 4 items. They also have really good online shopping setup. This is super handy when you're sick. $10 fee and they'll do all your shopping for you and deliver it.

This store apparently changed ownership a couple of years ago and it has been going downhill ever since. Employees who were previously empowered seem now to be required to page a manager whenever they need to blink. Also, the store advertises excellent specials but, once you get there, they are frequently out of stock and, due to the nature of the many specials, there are no rain cheques. First come first served, as they like to say. For example "Appy Hour" is a daily special where a selected item is sold at half-price from 4 to 6 PM. I have renamed this "Appy Minute" because when the special is actually worthwhile they can be out of stock as early as 4:05.

Love this store! Has everything you need! Deli and fresh produce departments are exceptional, staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Check-outs move quickly and incentive programs are great! Take-out Chinese food is the best we’ve been able to find in Campbell River, “Western”, but still good and very affordable! Don’t expect Szechuan, but quantity and value is great. If you like to support smaller, local grocery stores as opposed to huge conglomerates, this is the place for you!

They have an awesome deli, lots of variety in their Chinese food. Outstanding quality of produce, and great floral department. Good sales deals such as certain meats going on sale (5 meats for $25). This place can be somewhat pricey, but if you shop wisely, this place is a good place to get what you need.

Great selection. Good sale but cashier packs groceries very poorly. Put eggs at bottom of bag and then put two heavy coffee creamers beside it and cheese and other stuff on top. When I asked where eggs where she told me so u started to repack and the shed said to me...yoy can always repack your eggs. I took out eggs and fresh (very soft) bread as was packed the same uncaring way. She put eggs and 1 loaf into plastic bag and while I was packing other stuff she put my stuff in my cart and slammed the child seat into other loaf. Needless to say I was very unhappy with her attitude and customer service skills. Will be contacting manager.
