Incredible, just picked up a varied selection of sausage- some encased sausages, some patties. Roasted Red Pepper with feta, onion, marjoram. Mexican Fiesta was another. Very well thought out ingredients resulting truly unique products. I incorporated the sausages into pizza and a pasta dish and sure took these dished to another level. Fat Moose is on my hit list. Nice work Brian!

I have used this company twice. Once in their old location and once in the current location. Both times was a disaster. The first time everything tasted the same. I think somebody forgot the ingredients/spices, etc for each batch. The second time twice the pork was added than what I requested on the order sheet. And guess what...you pay for that pork by the pound twice! You pay for the amount added and then you pay again for the total of the final product. In the end it was going to cost $280 for the 30lbs of sausage. And I brought in the meat! Wont be going back.

Brian and Maria did a pig roast at our wedding. They both came out a day early to scout the venue and introduce themselves. The roast was fantastic. Brian tended to the roast all day, adding wood, monitoring the cook and conversing with guests. Brian worked with our catering crew at Tria to serve up delicious pork to 130 guests. Thanks Brian and Maria!!

Brought in 22 lbs of meat. They charged me $143 to process it which is roughly $7/lb. It’s literally more expensive than buying it at the store. It’s tasty but if you’re going to charge that much make people aware of the costs before you take their product.
