We read great reviews, the good was ok - not the best I've ever had BUT the gentleman working at the counter handled raw meat and closed the display fridge door with the same hand and weighed it, got more meat, did the same thing, operating the scale, the fridge doors, the bags, the door, and cash till all with the same hand that grabbed raw meat. I am totally grossed out. We handled the take out containers with care and washed our hands thoroughly before we touched anything else. I wanted to just walk out.

The takeout food is amazing! However, I was disappointed in my order of 60 springs rolls.. we tasted it for the first time when it was a promo on uber, and loved it, so we thought to order it for Christmas. However, I was extremely disappointed that the taste was different. It wasn't as fried (super pale), and there was a bad aftertaste like it was stale or the oil used to fry them wasn't right or something. They're still one of my favourite places for regular takeout food, but I don't think I'll be ordering spring rolls from them again..

Highly recommend the Chicken Tikka, Chicken Kebab and Fish Basa! Also really enjoyed the Chicken Achari. Everything tasted really fresh with amazing flavor. Workers/owners were great and even said to call and let them know if there was something we didn't enjoy (we didn't call because it was all so good) will be back weekly. Update: Went back the same week.. Got the aloo tikka w/ channa (hot takeout) and loved it. As well as some regular Naan.

First l would like to say the food is great. I like the idea of having the choice of food to take out or if you feel like bbq like l do they have a variety of marinated meats to choose from. It's my third time there in three weeks and l'm rating this place a 5 because l find the food is fresh, with great hospitality with amazing food variety. Extremely pleasant service. So pleased that we have this type of takeout meat/food/mitai restaurant available off Saginaw. Makes life a lot easier purchasing sweets for events now. Owner is superb very nice and welcoming. The shop is neat and tidy and the marinated selection is fantastic! He even has a vegetarian paneer kabob available. I ordered tandoori naan, fried fish and Chana batura. Hands down some of the best naan I’ve tried. They were not chewy or hard. Very soft! Fish was very tasty and fresh not dried and hard. Channa batura was great also. Hope to see more items added. Thanks again! Keep up the great work

Sorry to say but tried the shop for first time . Ordered cooked tandoori chicken and the taste with first bite said everything- meat taste baseless and looked like too old ,no taste and was rejected by every guest. I would recommend you to look into to quality if you need to build your business in town. Travelled all the way from kitchener. ????

I've been frequenting this place since they opened. They have amazing samosas and spring rolls made fresh every time for under a dollar. Their wraps are all great and use a house made sauce you can't get anywhere else. Their curries are great and have so many options to choose from. The dessert unfortunately can only be bought by the pound, but they have all been great, their various burfi are my personal favourites. I have also been fortunate enough to try some of the specials they have, the butter chicken poutine is a great poutine and i wish was on their menu to stay, and the Mango and sweet Lassi are both amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants some good food made fresh.

Picked up some marinated chicken on Friday night, put it in the fridge right away, and did not barbecue until Sunday, however the meat had gone bad. It smelled fine when I bought it, but when I went to cook it there was a bad smell and even after it was cooked, it did not taste right. I've bought from here before and never had a problem, until this time. I called in the next day to explain the situation, and the complaint was not received well. They did not offer an apology or reimbursement of any sort. In addition, they continued to blame me for not storing the meat correctly. I am very disappointed with this customer service and will not be returning.

Firstly, the store was very clean and covid-19 friendly. Amazing service and friendly accommodating staff. I tried their momos, kababs, shahi paneer, chana bhatura, and jerk chicken. Most reviews here come from a certain Indian community supporting their community's business if anyone has noticed. Those 5 star reviews are not representative of the quality of food that they offer for takeout in my opinion. As an outsider, honestly the take out food is pathetic to the point that a 5 year old can cook better Indian food than this. Had a takeout once, will never ever step foot in this place again. For non Indians - This is not what Indian food tastes like, you have been mislead. This food tastes like an amateur in the kitchen following YouTube instructions.

Our family just moved into the neighbourhood and are delighted by this little gem of a place. The few samplings I bought to try were all wonderful...very flavourful, fresh (the NAAN is amazing!!) and a broad selection offered on the menu to try. I was most pleased to see goat on their menu...not a common offering so that was even more of a treat!! We'll be frequenting this store regularly, including I trying their butchered and marinated meats. Thank you for great first time experience...lovely personnel too!

Malwa meats takeout is the best restaurant in town! The owners are SO nice and so welcoming. The shop is so clean and tidy and I am impressed with my visit every time I go in! It is a perfect place in Cambridge to stop by and take out food, the prices are also very reasonable and affordable. The Achari chicken, chicken tikka and kabobs are phenomenal and definitely some of my favorites. The samosas, pakoras and wraps are amazing as well. You cant get this type of yumy tasting food from anywhere else. They also have a variety of sweets in the store as well. The food is so delicious and it makes you want to go back for more. I’ve never had such tasty food before! I definitely reccomend this restaurant to everyone!
