Rude, awful and refused us service. I can't wear a mask. There was an elderly lady standing by the side of their meat display case who was also refused. She was clearly in distress and said she couldn't wear one either. The woman behind the counter was outright rude and dismissive and made a public display of our situation. St. Jacob's Farmers Market is fabulous and I have NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL FINEST SAUSAGE AND MEAT LTD.----I will no longer, along with many of my colleagues support this type of discrimination and have made it known that this business is discriminatory. Just awful conduct overall.* THE ONLY REASON I GAVE IT 1 STAR IS BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T LET ME POST UNLESS I CLICKED ON THE FIRST STAR. They don't deserve any stars in my view.

We buy our meat from there for years. Best pork neck, excellent for barbeques or to fry it. Garlic sausages, goose pate and schnitzel pieces are good as well

Picked up some garlic sausage today and while it was ok I found it to be a bit bland, and premium priced. Also tried the turkey pepperettes and they were very very dry, to the point of being very difficult to chew. I will probably be back but at the price point for what I received I won't hurry.

Was told about this place, but I never had the time to visit, as I live in Waterloo. Went in today: Very small, busy, & they don’t have a number system to keep the incoming customers in que. The patrons, as well as the staff, couldn’t care a less about who is next in line. It’s the ignorant, “me first” people who get served. Kitchener has changed for the worst, for sure. This establishment is catering to this mentality. All the while, as I keep having people jump in front of me, the infantile staff are airing their problems with each other in front of all to hear. Unacceptable, if not pathetic. I made the trip, I tried, but was VERY disappointed. So long to the old time businesses in Kitchener, & I will be sure to pass along my experience to everyone asking me about this establishment.
