Fantastic little place but it has all the cuts I am looking for. Vacío, chinchlin, entraña, etc. They have the Vacío packed and ready to go. Plus the guys are really friendly and nice. Super recommended for a great asado. The area is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but the cuts and quality of the meats make up for that.
